10dp5dt- safe to Poas? **bfp warning **

My beta is Tuesday and I want to test this weekend- I think. Hubby wants to wait until beta. He remembers RE saying it's not always accurate and doesn't want to get my hopes up should we get positive. I said that's why you do it more then once and over a few days. ;) not sure what to do.... Hmmm...

Stimmed for 9 days, trigger on 8/20~ 32-36 follicles seen, 16 measured on each side
ER~ 8/22 ~ 36 follicles retrieved! 21 Mature, 17 ISCI'd
8/27~Day 5 transfer of 2 BB blasts, 1 to freeze
9/9~ BFP!! Beta #1- 978
9/11~ Beta #2- 1965
9/15~ Beta #3-7480
1st ultrasound 9/24

    Haha, pee pusher!

    10dp5dt is definitely safe to go for it. The only bad scenario I think is a very light second line which could indicate a chemical pregnancy - or not. Then, you would be stressing and waiting for beta to get the actual #. That being said, I would definitely pee on that stick. I guess I'm a pee pusher too!

    I'm a POASacholic :) and not ashamed to admit it :)

    trigger will def. be out by now :)





    After 13 chemicals/early miscarriages,

    8 rounds of clomid, 
    4 rounds of timed intercourse with injections, 
    and 1 round of iui, 
    we have moved on to IVF 
    IVF 1 - Chemical Pregnancy 
    IVF 2 - Cancelled - No EGGS!!! - diagnosed with possible empty follicle syndrome 
    IVF 3 - Failed.

    Private Adoption in Newfoundland - Failed after flying home from Africa - going to dr appointments/ultrasounds etc. BM decided to keep the baby - absolutely devastated. Baby boy was born with severe development issues with his limbs and has FAS :( 
    International Adoption in Uganda - Failed. 

    IVF 4 - Estrogen Priming Antagonist Protocol : 08/16/2014: Stims Started  08/28/2014: Trigger Shot 08/30/2104: ER - 14 eggs collected. !2 ICSI'd and 8 have made it into proper 2 celled embryos. 10/04/2014 Prospective transfer date :) (5DT) - 3 day report, 2x8 cells, 3x6 cells, 3x4 cells 09/4/2014: 5 day Transfer of 2 Early Blasts, and a Morula - Results: BFP ended in chemical. 

    IVF 5 - Donor eggs and Donor Sperm. female donor is 25, male donor is 22. Transfer set for March 7, 2015.

    Fellow poas addict here - I think you're safe to go for it! Frankly I'm impressed you've waited this long!

    Official diagnosis: Unexplained IF. I am 32. I have low ovarian reserve (low AMH), and poor egg quality. I've also been diagnosed with mild glandular developmental arrest (lining problems, detected with EFT).

    We are using open ID donor sperm. IUIs #1-7=BFN. IVF September 2014 antagonist protocol, 8R,5M,3F, 5 day transfer of 1 morula = BFN. IVF#2 planned for January 2015 (antagonist protocol + HGH).

    For whatever it's worth, I peed on a stick at what was the "normal" person equivalent of 14dpo and got a negative.  Gave up hope and, with the idea of clearing out my last pee stick before AF came, peed on one the next day at 15dpo.  Shocked to see a faint, but clearly there line on a FRER.  The next day I started peeing on digis and got positives estimating 1-2.  I've been peeing on sticks ever since.

    Plan: "Quick Start IVF"/antagonist protocol with Follistim, Ganirelix, Ovidrel and progesterone suppositories (yay)

    High AMH (11) and Low BMI= low doses of everything to prevent OHSS

    July 27, 2014: Started Follistim injections for ten days

    July 31, 2014: U/S= 20 follicles, 8.5 lining, E2 is good, Ganirelix for 4 days starting 8/2

    August 4, 2014: 14 follicles on-track, good lining, Trigger 8/6

    August 9, 2014: 9 ICSIed/ 5 embryos; aiming for a 5dt on 8/13

    August 13, 2014: 5DT of 1 4BA almost-hatching blastocyst (Please hang in, Little Bug!)

    August 14, 2014: We have 3 frosties! Hope they're having fun hanging out together. :)

    September 9, 2014: Ultrasound #1 115 heartbeats per minute

    Congratulations! I can't believe you showed so much restraint, I'll probably be poas every day after my transfer.

    19-year history of endometriosis. Multiple surgeries and cyst removals. Forced directly into IVF due to blocked tubes and severe adhesions.
    IVF w/ICSI and CCS #1 - Dec 2013 - Only 1 normal. Ended in CP
    IVF w/ICSI and CCS #2, at CCRM - March 2014!
    14R, 12 ICSI'd, 11F, 6 for CCS, 5 healthy blasts frozen!

    The past week and half wasn't too bad (as far as the waiting) because I have been soooo busy. I knew I didn't want to test too early and pretty much had planned on waiting until right before my beta. Hoping for good numbers on Tuesday! I also won't take that call during the day LOL I promised DH we would listen to the message Tuesday evening, when we are both home (regardless of what they say).

    Us:  TTC for our 1st together since August 2013

    1st BFP:  November 2013  (m/c at 7 wks)

    2nd BFP:  February 2014  (m/c at 6 wks)

    RPL Panel started in March 2014

    3rd BFP:  May 2014 (m/c at 5 wks)

    4th BFP:  June 2014 (CP at 4 wks)

    RE appt in June 2014 (all RPL panel tests are normal...it's likely egg quality due to my age and borderline DOR)

    Baseline AFC: 8 follies

    2 IUI cycles (July and August 2014- both BFN)

    IVF #1 w/ ICSI & PGS- October 2014 (AFC: 8 follies; ER Oct 20:  5R/3M/2F;  the 2 only made it to day 3 and stopped growing before biopsy)

    key supplements: DHEA (25mg- 3x/day); CoQ10 (300 mg/day) ISWTE believer here!

    IVF #2 EPP w/ ICSI & PGS- AFC:  13 follies!   10R/6M/6F-  5 biopsied for PGS- 1 normal embryo

    FET scheduled for February 2015 delayed in order to do one more ER in hopes of getting at least 1 more normal embryo

    IVF #3 EPP w/ ICSI & PGS:  7R/5M/5F-  2 biopsied for PGS- 1 normal embryo

    FET #1 April 23, 2015:  1 PGS tested embryo transferred - BFN

    FET #2 June 30, 2015:  1 PGS tested embryo transferred- BFP!!

    DX: 3/2014 Prolactinoma/Hyperprolactinemia- Started cabergoline 2/2014
    5/2014 Possible mild PCOS in addition to hyperprolactinemia??
    7/2014 Adding probable tubal factor to the diagnosis list
    9/2014 And now adding hypothyroid to the list- Started synthroid 9/2014
    Cycles 1-4 - Sept.-March- All Anovulatory 
    IUI #1 March/April-  Clomid 50mg + Clomid 100mg +Trigger + IUI #1 = BFN
     IUI #2 April/May-Clomid 100mg + Clomid 150mg + Trigger + IUI #2 + Endometrin=BFN
    IUI #3- June- Follistim 75iu + Trigger + IUI #3  Benched due to a 40 mm cyst. :-(
    IUI #3- July- Follistim 75iu + Trigger + IUI #3 + Endometrin = BFP! on 7/25/14
    Slowly rising betas - Ectopic suspected on 8/8/14 & confirmed on 8/11/14
    Methotrexate on 8/12/14 -HCG negative on 9/2/14
    IVF #1- November- Antagonist protocol: 11/1: start stims, 200iu of Follistim; 11/12 ER 17R/14M/14F; 11/17 5 day transfer of two blasts, 2 blasts and 2 expanding morulas frozen; 11/22 BFP!! (On FRER at 5dp5dt)
    Betas: 9dp5dt 205, 11dp5dt 497, 14dp5dt 1,709
    u/s at 5w0d- 1 sac; u/s at 6w0d 1 baby with heartbeat, another sac without a heartbeat

    Me: 34 DH:37

    Married 2008. TTC since March 2009

    March 2010 - HSG, Tubes Removed, only IVF as option

    July 2014 - First visit back to RE, ready to dive into IVF.

    Aug 2014 - Had final orientation and baseline ultrasound. Have PCOS, RE expecting large qty for ER, but concerned for OHSS

    Starting stims on 9/6, hoping for ER week of 9/15

    IVF August 2014: FSH 4.1, PRL 15.3, TSH 2.1, W/ AFC 8.
     08/03 ER 5R, 4M, 3F. 08/08 5DT of 1-3AA0, 2 frozen :) bfp @9dp5dt. Beta on 08/20 = 414.
    So excited to have one little bean on the way!!

    IVF #1 October 2012 - Retrieved 8 eggs, 5 fertilized, 10/13/2012 Transferred 3 embryos - 8, 5, and 4 cells,     the other 2 eggs did not survive freezing, 10/26/2012 BFP!! Beta: 11, 10/26/12 Beta: 2 = Chemical Pregnancy
    IVF #2 - March 2014 - Mini IVF - Retrieved 5 eggs, 4 fertilized, 4 Frosties - 8, 9, 7, and 7 cells all in good condition.
