  I can't stand when people ask questions like "How old is your baby?" Then you follow with, "Oh, he Is 6 months. HE Is growing up too fast." And then they ask you if your baby is a boy or a girl.

  I feel like a genius today. We tried avocado mashed last week, and had no luck. DD gagged with every bite. I thought it may have been too thick, so I stuck it in the blender, and added a little water to thin it out. Nope--she still gagged. I froze the rest, and on a whim, took out a cube of avocado and a cube of pear this morning. Once it thawed, I added a little oatmeal cereal to thicken it up... And she loved it!

  The science teacher at my school thinks more kids are allergic to eggs and wheat because of how many vaccines they receive "these days." I can't even with that.
