DH and I have been getting along SO WELL for a week now. When Ella and I got back from Vancouver we were fighting so bad and I am so relieved we have passed that rough patch.

I hate those phases where everything you say to one another seems to turn into a fight!!

Hahaha I do this ALL the time! It's usually his fault because he insists on feeding the dog right before we go up to bed and leaves her downstairs to eat and drink while we're in bed for the night.

I do this with cat puke all the time. Two of our cats just love to swallow their fur all day everyday, and then about twice a week we find several hair balls and several piles of puke all over the floor and furniture. Just lovely.....and hubby knows I leave it for him on purpose too $:\$ ">

I just got a delivery at work from Ralph Lauren. One of the moms, sent Dolce an assortment of RL baby onesies all individually packaged. The note read... "Just returning a little bit of the love". Im so freaking overwhelmed right now.

That is so stinkin cute! I can't only imagine how cute the onesies are!

Pretty much... And I always recap later in the day because it moves so fast. I usually miss a comment here or there, or I want to laugh all over again.

@stephanieLBerg. That reeks of your employer saying things to discourage you from being hired away. Especially since she told them you are pregnant. Pretty shitty. If I were you I would tell her you were informed you received a poor review from your current employer and you would like to know how you can improve as an employee. I wouldn't call her out on her poor behavior but that way you let her know you know what happened.

@bhjones1980 I am so happy to hear that everything looks good so far.

@crazycornball I am glad you were feeling better, I hope the continued fluids make this afternoon headache fade quickly.

2 weeks until my 20 week anatomy scan!! I am so excited. Mostly because of the scan and somewhat because they have a Chili's at the Navy Base and I miss American chain food restaurants!

Today I burned my lips. I bit into a hard boiled egg that I had re-heated in the microwave. It exploded in my mouth and scalding steam burned my lips. Thankfully I found some kind of oral pain relief ointment that numbed my lips. But that didn't happen till after I spent 1.5 hrs icing my swollen lips.

Huge difference in checking references and verifying employment. References are people who would speak highly of your character and recommend you. verifying employment are previous employers who can only verify employment dates and if they would hire you again again. If you have a previous supervisor that you don't trust best not to put not to contact. Especially if you don't work there. As a previous manager when a candidate would put that it automatically raised red flags. If you still work somewhere, I can understand you may not want them to know you are leaving. If you no longer work there instead of putting you direct supervisor put an HR contact down. No one can ask if they were your direct supervisor anyway.
