Seriously the only attacks I've really seen are of folks who have NEVER really posted or been a part of the group suddenly complaining that 100% of the members of this board are all mean, horrible, snarky bitches.....Really?

You read a handful of posts that rubbed you the wrong way and automatically assume that every single member of this board is an intolerable BSC bitch? I think some of these one timers need to take a step back from their keyboard and think about what they are saying. You're passing judgement on an entire group of women for what a few might have said that you didn't like or found offensive.

If you want to treat this like real life, maybe ignore the folks you find offensive or rude. There's that option. It's easy, you click on their user name and select "Ignore". Boom! Mischief managed!

I agree as well and I have since became more active on the babycenter app called my pregnancy. I made a comment needing support over something I was (admittedly) needlessly worrying about but just wanted to have an open conversation about it and was attacked. The women were very mean about it. I recommend the switch to baby center.

I have to put my two cents in! What a post!!
From what I have seen, there have been some really serious posts such as the abusive boyfriend one, the one with the hyper sensitive BIL and all the posters I have seen have been incredibly supportive and done nothing but try and help and comfort the OP because of the gravity of the situation. If someone was rude on one of those type of posts then that isn't cool. But when it is a light hearted post, it doesn't matter what people say - if you don't like, ignore it and move on! As for everything else like ( am I pregnant? Are my symptoms normal etc,) Dr Google is your friend

Oh and loving the gifs. One day I might get of my arse and post one but too lazy right now...

Ok, so here's the thing. You don't have to post here all day and night to receive support. No one who has come here actually in need of support and hasn't received at least some comforting words and advice. But just as in real life, you wouldn't walk into a room full of people, blurt out your 'problems' and expect everyone to stop what they are doing and tend to your every want and need. It's incredibly self centered. What you are saying is, well I have lots of things to do, so I'm too busy to care about the people here, but I want to be answered and responded to in the way I want, and if you don't then I'm going to make more threads to complain about everyone here. The internet, just as real life, does not work like that.
