I EBF and only pump twice a day and in each session I only get about 1-2oz between both breasts. My LO is 3 1/2 weeks. I just got some Mother's Milk tea so I'll see if that helps increase my supply at all.

I am EPing and I pump 5x a day usually, 4-6 oz at a time, 27-33 oz a day at the moment. LO is 10 weeks old. The highest I've gotten is 35 oz two days in a row.
Sometimes, if I feel I am low for the day, I will have some tea or lactation cookie dough out of the freezer. I eat oatmeal about 4x a week, but am out of raisins, so need to get more.
I spilled 13 oz on the floor the other day. That sucked.
*SIGGY* Baby G born 6/6/14, 37 weeks 1 day due to preeclampsia. 5lb12oz 19" #2 due Christmas 2016.
I only pump once maybe twice a week. I get 2oz from one breast. I drink a cup of nursing support tea (yogi makes it), I usually drink it 30 min before I pump.
4 week old and 1 pumping session a day. Gets me 1.5-4oz at a time. Here's a good article that helped me feel better about not having a huge stash set aside. https://www.workandpump.com/freezerstash.htm
I'm pumping about 4-5 times per day and averaging about 2 oz per pump session in total. I just started taking fenugreek and mothers milk tea yesterday to help increase supply. I'm praying it helps because right now I'm supplementing with formula, and id ideally like to just EBF.
@SuperTinkerham great article! It also had a ton if great articles attached to it that help with supply!
LO is 4 weeks old, and I pump once a day so DH can give her a bottle while I get a longer nap in the evening. I get about 4-5 oz per session, pumping both sides. I make a batch of lactation cookies (that are really yum) once a week, and eat 2 or 3 a day (they're small, and...don't judge).
@SuperTinkerham thank you for that article!! I have been telling myself to pump more to make a stash, but that really makes me think I don't need to--which is a bit of a relief, to be honest!
I only pump once in the AM after her first feeding and get anywhere from 6-9.5oz total from both sides. I eat oatmeal and drink lots of water but no actual supplements.
I pump about once a day. but some days I will skip. Depending on when I pump I will get 2-6oz, but usually around 3. It all goes to the freezer stash. I know I don't need a ton in there, but I can feel myself becoming a horder with it. I've actually only used it once, because I wanted to make sure that I didn't have the thing where the milk will separate weird/smell funny. I have a secret real fear the power is going to go our and I'm going to lose it all.
I usually pump once a day right after a feeding session and often get 7 oz between both sides. This is a new development that started about a week ago, it was only 3-4 oz in a session. He's a day shy of 7 weeks. I have some Mother's Milk tea, but I haven't used it yet.
LO is 6 weeks. I pump 4-5 times a day and I get about 4oz a day if I'm lucky. She is obviously mostly FF since I'm not making enough. She gets one BM bottle a day. I just started taking Fenugreek and making lactation smoothies the last 3 days. So far I haven't seen a difference. I would love to produce more and cut back on the formula. I'm giving it 1 more month and if it doesn't get better I'll be done with pumping.
I pump once a day almost every day and usually in the morning about 1-2 hours after she eats in the am. At that feeding she is typically more interested in eating and going right back to sleep so I usually have more than enough to pump. I typically get 5-7 oz total combined. My LO is 2 1/2 weeks old.
After EBF for the first month, I just started EP a few days ago. DD was pretty much attached to me 24/7 and nursed about an hour at each feeding and was still cranky after about half of her feedings. Right now I'm trying to build up my supply, so I'm pumping about every 2-3 hours for 15-20 minutes. I get anywhere from 1-4 ounces. Usually I get more in the morning. Not using any herbs/teas yet. I made some lactation cookies that were good, but I don't think they've boosted my supply any.
I'm contemplating EPing-- Junie can't handle my letdown/oversupply issues and has gotten really shutdown when I try to nurse her. I get about 3-5 oz per side when I pump. I've been pumping while I bottle feed her recently and I don't take any supplements.
I'm just now starting to get 3 ounces tial from a pump session this week. LO is 3.5 weeks.
I'm taking more milk plus, eating oatmeal, and lactation cookies (yum!) To help build a supply because a week and a half ago I wad only getting 1.5 ounces total and LO wasn't gaining. So now I'm trying to increase it.
I am battling a low supply and because of it, LO and I have had nursing issues. I'm pumping 8 times a day and getting at most 1.5 oz per session. That equates to about 1/4 to 1/3 of what he eats every day.
This wouldn't be too bad if LO was nursing, but he cries every time I try to nurse him, and the lactation specialist said they don't have any more ideas for me. So right now he is mostly FF.
Like @missilini said, we will continue this for a little while to try to build a supply and then evaluate whether we switch to all FF.
First morning session runs 9-12 ounces (I don't pump overnight, so I can go up to 10 hours without pumping)
All other sessions run 5-8 ounces
28-35 ounces per day depending on how many sessions and how much I pumped the day before.
I pump 4-5x a day, with my long term goal to be only 4x

I pump 1-3 times a day depending what we're doing and get anywhere 6-12 oz (together from both sides but usual is 6-8 and dropped to 1-3 if I was lucky when I got sick around 5 weeks PP). She's 7 weeks and I don't do anything on purpose to help supply but stay hydrated.
There's no logic or pattern to when I pump, it's a case of having time and remembering to do it but I try for first thing when I wake up, early afternoon after lunch and evening-ish. It rarely works out that way but that's what I'm going for. It all goes to crap when she's due a growth spurt too as she eats everything and feeds near-constantly.
I only pump at night for quicker bottle feedings, nursing wakes him up too much.
He is 3 weeks old and I get between 3.5-5 oz every pumping session. He is a bigger baby so his calorie demands are higher, per my pedi. (Approx 10lbs4oz, 23 inches now)
Edit: I'm not using anything to increase supply, although it's tempting as I'm addicted to stashing away frozen milk.
@litera my lo is 3 Weeks old and also a larger baby. He's 12 lbs. I think bottle feeding at night might benefit us.How/when do you pump? Do you pump at night in place of nursing? And just give him a bottle? I'm trying to figure out a way to bottle feed at night without my bobs exploding.
I'm feeling all sorts of jealousy right now. I pump 2-3 times per day and get 1.5-3oz total for the day! Not making my freezer stash feel very good...I'm taking fenugreek to increase supply, and my daughter is five weeks.

I'm in the same boat as you--I never get more than an ounce or two a day. I tried Mother's Milk tea but it gave DD gas

My supply is jacked from being on vertigo meds that made me sleepy and drowsy all day at 10 day pp. I had the hardest time pumping, and drinking/eating.
DD is pretty much all formula at this point cause I don't produce anything. She is super impatient and has a hard time breastfeeding, plus she has thrush right now so I'm only pumping.
My double electric pump should be here Tuesday and in hoping it makes the whole process easier. Single manual pump sucks so much.
I can't read this thread! Hearing that people are getting 8+ oz in a session is giving me anxiety.
We EP (DD hasn't taken the breast since I got sick on day 3 and was too weak to do any more than have her lay next to me). I have been pumping 5-6 times a day and get anywhere from 2 to 6 oz each session. I average 19-20 oz/day. I started pumping every 2 hours today and will for the next 2 days, trying to boost my supply.
I have to remind myself that I can't compare what's going on with my supply with anyone else's. DD is 9 weeks old, but smaller than many of the babies were at birth (7 pounds). She's not even on the growth charts yet. She eats 2-3 oz 8-9 times/day.
I pump at night before she goes to sleep, and then again in the morning... She only wakes once at night after a 7 hour stretch so I usually have a lot in the morning. I get 5-10 oz total from each session
I try to pump 1-2 times per day, but it's tough to get 1 session in. In general I get 3 oz. per session, but if DH does a feeding and I wait a while to pump I get a lot more (6 oz). I'd love it if I could get a session in first thing in the morning, but that's tough. Building up a pretty good freezer stash, so hopefully there'll be plenty when DS goes to daycare. Some of it goes in the fridge for DH to do feedings, but DS HATES the bottle.
Those of you only pumping an ounce or so during a session - are you collecting/combining to create a bigger bag/bottle to feed or store? I'm collecting an extra 4-6 oz per day between feedings to freeze and wanted to make sure I wasn't committing a cardinal sin by putting it all in one bag. I just can't see bagging an ounce or two and it seems like this will only make for a pain when DH and MIL thaw for feedings.
I combine already chilled milk all the time so I can get the bag incriments that I want.

Combined I get about 7oz, and he eats about 3-4oz at each sitting. It amazes me that someone so small can eat so much.
