I wish I could take off more time but I only get 8 weeks paid and I'm having a csection because of a medical condition I have. My school makes you use your sick days as maternity days so I can't afford any extra time off as it is as soon as I get back from leave (12 weeks) I have no sick or personal days to use if me or the baby gets sick. Not a fan of our Maternity plan but not much I can do. I'll be working until they say I can't.
Unless the doc puts me on bedrest, I'm going as long as possible, even if I'm uncomfortable. I have had all summer off because I work in a school system and the thought of MORE time at home alone (making no money) just makes me depressed.
I will be in the office until the week before my RCS and then I am teleworking up until the day before I go into the hospital. With my first I put in to telework the week before and the week after my due date and ended up getting induced at the end of that second week.

Last time I was due just after Thanksgiving, and that seemed like a good stopping point, but then I just sat a home for a week with nothing to do and it was the longest week of my life. So, as long as I'm feeling well, I'm planning on working until she decides to arrive.
I am done after the end of the month, so a week early. It was a good cut off point. I wish it could be sooner though, i am so tired of sitting there every day!
Ditto! The plan is to start my leave a week early. I feel well enough to work, but work has been so stressful that I'm really over it right now. Ain't nobody got time for this.
