Have you settled on any names? I am especially curious about those who know what they are having, but I'd love to hear from all who have decided.
Eta: those who are undecided should feel free to share, too!
Our baby girl will be Matilda! I am so excited about her name. She may be called Tilly, but that is still up in the air as is her middle name. Other contenders were Adelaide and Johanna. A boy would have been Duncan. Our 3.5 year old is Elinor Catherine nn Nora. Mobile, so sorry for the lack of spacing.
Not at all. We posted two separate online naming contests last time, AND ultimately hired a name consultant after he was born to finalize our choice and spelling. Tiresome lol
Not a clue. Ultrasound is on the 19th, so maybe we'll start getting serious after that? DS is Henry. Front runners were also Thomas and Ian. The only girl name I currently like is Alice (nn Ali)
This baby is a girl per our A/S today and that was luckily the only name we had decided on (we were having LOTS of issues deciding on a boy name since we already used the one we both liked on our first)
She will be Aria Jean.... My H likes the idea of calling her AJ possibly ((he goes by TJ so... kind of cute))
We have a girl name picked out. Eileen Elizabeth. I'd say it's 95%. It's not definite yet, especially because that many E's bother's me! But she wouldn't go by her first and middle name so who knows. Eileen is a derivative of Helen which is DH's grandmother's name. It means "bright, shining one" which is pretty cool for a rainbow baby. And Elizabeth is his mother's middle name.
Boy names are still a total blank. DH loves Jacob but I'm the type who picks a name well past the top 100 list. DD's name was #327 and DS's was #800 or so. Jacob is within the top 10, so no.

I'm pregnant with identical twins! Two boys: Carter Wesley and Noah Matthew. Two girls: Hadley Olivia (we chose this name long before I even got pregnant) and Grayson Avery! Not long ago I saw a post on another site about someone who actually had Grayson and Avery both picked out as boy names and everyone commented that they hate when people give girls either of those names. Well, too bad. We love it!
We were so set on a girl name and then found out we are having a boy. We like Kieran Thomas but for some reason I keep telling people we haven't thought about names yet.

I did this with DD until I was sure I was ready to announce.
We're nowhere near choosing a name for this little lady. We've got a list of about 20 and we keep adding to it. At the top are; Natalie Ann and Ella Marie.
We're sure on boy name: Edward James (Teddy). I'm getting cold feet on our girls name: Eleanor Marie (Nellie) @LadyXaverian our niece's name is Nora (full name). As a mom to a Nora, do you think Eleanor nn Nellie is too close? Be brutally honest! I've been thinking about it all week.
We have a name. We were team green last time and had boy and girl names picked out. Since we had a girl, we still have the boy name and that is the one we are using (I think)
We're not settled at all (and we don't know what we're having yet).
We both really like Evan James for a boy and can imagine actually using that name but we're still trying to think of other options.
The only girl name we agree on so far is Clara. I like it and it fits our criteria (easy to pronounce in English and Spanish) but I'm just not convinced it's THE name.

I obviously feel like Eleanor and Nora are very close to one another, but since you plan to call her Nellie, I think it's fine!
You would think that after two boys, we'd have a definite girl name planned, but nope. We're tossing a few different names around, but DH didn't want to really discuss until we found out the sex (today!).
or Leonardo Jason (Leo as a nn). I'm still going back and forth though about just officially naming him Leo since I do like that a bit more than the whole name. I'm just wondering if for his whole life people will be like, "Oh, is that short for Leonardo or Leonard" and little dude will have to reply, "No, it's just Leo". I know, I'm overthinking it.
all we have is the spreadsheet i've been compiling for about 10 years, lol. SO refuses to discuss names until we know the sex. we have girl names narrowed a bit more to 3 or 4 unofficial possibilities (which may change a little with time), only because SO's mother passed away a couple months ago and we'd like to give a nod to her in a daughter's name. if this one is a boy...we literally have nothing. lol

We don't know yet. But we're recycling our boy name from last go around and the girl name was in a list we made last go around, too, as a like "Let's sit down and pick names for any potential kids we will have."
So a girl would be Vivian Edith (Edith was my paternal grandmother).
A boy would be Frederick Joseph (exactly my maternal grandfather's name-- first and middle, but also then the middle name is DH's name).

Love Fredrick Joseph...makes me think of a lil prince!
@stargirlb you've mentioned the name consultant before, and it always makes me so curious. What kind of advice did he/she give? Did they just rattle off a bunch of names or give options after hearing your perspectives? That must be such an interesting job. I wish people would pay me money to give them my opinion on names.

Thanks for this! I'm still paralyzed with doubt. Don't be surprised if you see a name poll from me soon.
So far the front runner for a girl is Miranda Elizabeth (Elizabeth is my middle name) and we have three in mind for boys: Zachary, Michael (after DH's uncle who passed away) and Brandon. The middle name for a boy would be Russell because it's DH's middle name, FIL first name, and DH's grandpa's middle name.
We are set on a name. I am sort of relieved we aren't having a boy. My husband wanted to name the boy Axl. Our last name is the name as a famous singer who recently named her boy Axl. *shudder*
We decided on Caroline Ray for our girl. I am surprised to see a few moms to be also wanting to give their daughter's the middle name of Ray.

Re: How close are you to choosing a name?
Cody William or Olivia (Ollie) Rose
BFP 1: 9/19/11 , DS born 5/28/12 @ 41 weeks
Or
Amelia Jane or Nora Jane for a girl
All of the best girls are named Nora. Not that I am biased.
DS is Henry. Front runners were also Thomas and Ian. The only girl name I currently like is Alice (nn Ali)
Even then I'm sure I won't have a name until 3rd tri.
