Hi neighbors! I'm in eastern suffolk ... not out on the forks though. I work in East Setauket and since I make that commute on the regular I went with the Stony Brook Midwives, dont know if any of you ladies went with them. I feel that we have some excellent choices for birthing on the island.

I was born in CT but my family moved here when I was really young and I've lived in the same ~25 mile radius ever since.

@alissendis - I went to college in Ottawa!! Now... here's the real question, did you go to Ottawa U or Carleton?! Lol.. I went to Carleton. I love Ottawa despite the winters... its not too bad when you live on campus and use the tunnels all the time :P

I just moved from Beltsville, MD to Alexandria, VA - I work in Arlington, so that commute from Beltsville was KILLING me! haha

I grew up halfway between St. Louis and Memphis, went to school at Mizzou. Cards and Blues FTW!

When I moved to the Bay Area after college, DH (BF at the time) and I used to go to see the Giants and Sharks play when they played the St. Louis teams. Good times. Now we live in Texas and it's just not as much fun.

Born in PA, lived near Buffalo and Saratoga Springs NY, Lived in Madison WI for 5 years, Columbus Ohio for 10 years, Orlando, FL 18 months, Puget Sound WA (hazy grey and under way half the time), Northeast Ohio, Lawton OK, and now Akron, Ohio.

I have gotten around a little, MW has been less mobile, she moved from a suburb of Akron to where we own our home.
