My appologies this is late going up today and for the lack of personal touches!  I am having a very crappy and busy day.  I will try and update it later.  I do want to tell my fellow November 2nd tri graduates... "Adios!! I will be seeing you very soon on the other side! :)"  and congrats!!

I am almost 25 weeks and feeling Ms Ellie move like crazy.  I no longer have to be completely still to feel her.  I am feeling good and the doc put me on Protonix for heartburn and I LOVE her a little more for doing so.  It is working so incredible well.  We had to make a unplanned trip to see the in laws because of MILs health, but she seems to be doing ok.  As a direct result of 8 hours in the car my feet are so swolen, but I talked DH into getting me a pedicure as a result so Ill take it. :)

QOTW:  I have lots of hobbys.. Before pregnancy it was running, I love to run half marathons and hope to someday do a full.  But lately it has been crafting, I am doing so many things for DD room.. Curtains, ottoman, framed name, mobile, and a bedskirt.  That is taking up most of my free time.  Not really sure how much I actually dedicate to it tho.

@Ashris13 I hope your day turns around!

AFM: I'll be 20 weeks tomorrow! It's my next big goal and I'm so excited to make it! Next goal is viability at 24 weeks. We have our a/s on Thursday! Finally! I also had a bleeding scare this past weekend. My doctor saw me and all checked out fine. She had no clue where the spotting came from. However, she did have them check my cervix and it is already shortening. Granted, it's not "short" compared to the norm, but it is showing changes. So, we're treating it like a shortening cervix since it's showing changes. I'll have it checked again next week and it there are more changes, I'll be on bed rest. I just pray that it decides to behave.

QOTW: I used to workout regularly and it was a big part of who I was. However, with fertility treatments and now being pregnant, it's fallen to the wayside. So, I give no time to it right now! I don't really have any other hobbies. Sad story!

    Hi everyone,

Feeling good, has been nearly 4 weeks since last went to OB.  Getting anxious about OB appt on Monday/Anatomy Scan next Thursday.  I am nervous but can't wait!  We got our announcement cards printed and plan to mail them out after scan on the 14th.  I have been dedicating hours and hours to our registry the past few days, been doing it all online, it's much easier to read reviews.  We decided to skip Buy Buy baby and just do an Amazon registry.  Amazon is really cool, plus we have prime, and they give you 15% off registry completion (plus their prices tend to be cheaper than any of the stores).  I created an advice team of friends with babies on Amazon who can suggest their favorite products for my registry and then it is soo easy to click "add to my registry" for those items.  Lucie's list got me started/now getting recommendations from friends/family/and co-workers.

Oh and we painted the baby room last weekend!  It's gray!  Yay :)  Installed a ceiling fan, painted walls, closet, doors, trim, and ceiling.  Bought new closet doors that still need painting.

QOTW:  One of my favorite hobbies is gardening, we did a lot at beginning of summer, but now have been trying to get other things done for baby.....especially since I'll be in school/working this fall.

Oh and going on 18 weeks this week!

Hope your day starts to get better @ashris13.

All is well here. Almost to V-day! Woo hoo!

We worked on the nursery over the weekend. We got the glider and the crib all put together! This weekend we will work on putting together the dresser and changing table topper. I also bought the frames I wanted to frame some of our pictures from our African safari for the nursery! It is getting more and more real!

QOTW:  I love to zumba and knit.  After the first trimester they finally let me workout again so I have been pretty consistent about going to zumba 4-5 times a week.  It is what helps keep me sane most weeks.  I also really enjoy knitting and am making a blanket for the baby.

@ashris13 - Hope your day calms down....and yay for feeling baby all the time now!!

I'm exactly 24 weeks today....V-day!!  I think I'll celebrate with some ice cream tonight :).  Next milestone will be third tri.  I have an OB appointment tomorrow and have some questions, so I look forward to talking with her.  I keep giving DH an "out" for not going since it will just be a question and answer session I'm sure, but he wants to go, so that's nice.

I bought bedding and a glidder, still need to buy the nursery furniture, rearrange our rooms and paint.  So much to do and I feel like the clock is ticking.

QOTW: I'm a runner, so I'm missing that, also played soccer 2x a week, obviously not anymore.  I also love to read, which I can still do :).

Well, this has been a week of ups and downs for sure. Got excited that we had a bid accepted on a house and then without warning, BAM its gone. So I have been busy househunting all over again which you can imagine is not fun doing when you are almost 6 months pregnant.

On a different, happier baby note, I think we finally agreed on a name..maybe.. and My husband got to feel the baby kick for the first time. He was so excited. I also went to MFM and my low lying placenta has fixed itself so all is well on that front, as well. From a baby perspective, week has been good. friday is "v day" which I am excited to reach, as well.

Hobbies: I love to bake for sure. I also love music and attending concerts.

(Thanks @Ashris13 for all your hard work . I am sorry you are having a crappy day :(

    Ashris13  please add me!

I am 14 weeks with twin (di/di) boys.  My official Due date is Feb 3rd but I won't go past January 12th ( twin eviction date).  I see both an OBGYN and MFM due to twin pregnancy and so far so good.  I am still having pretty bad morning sickness and the past couple of weeks round ligament pain has set in.  Oh and I am EXHAUSTED.  I am hoping I get this burst of energy that is suppose to happen in the second trimester so I can get some things done to prep for the babies.  As of now all I have done is pick a paint color.

QOTW: before pregnancy I really enjoyed Zumba and Tennis. Now I really enjoy reading, watching movies.  I am hoping I can cook again in the near future.  I am pretty good but being so sick the last thing I want to do is cook!

I am 18 weeks today. Feeling good - slightly tired but burst of energy here and there. Got my house cleaned finally- that was nice. I went through my closet and got rid of "wishful thinking," moved prepregnancy to the top and made room for mama wear. Super excited.

QOTD:Hobbies- I love scrapbooking and crafts. I have a group of friends that come over once a month. I cook dinner, everyone brings munchies, and we scrap. I used to go to the gym 4 days a week but Im too tired for that jazz right now. Haha. I love to bake as well. Maybe a couple times a month. Right now most of my hobbies are candy crush or House Wives while laying down.

@Ashris13I hope your day turns around quickly! Glad your MIL is doing better!

@indianaalum Good Luck house hunting! That jazz is stressful.

@Ashris13 sorry you are having a crappy day, hope it gets better soon!

AFM: We are at 25w6d and this weekend my body decided to revert back to the first tri - really emotional (crying for no reason), gagging, and throwing up. Today is slightly better so I'm hoping it was just a blip and has passed.

QOTW: Pre-pregnancy I use to run, bike, and do yoga. To stay active I try to walk, but this summer I've been pool running about 2x a week and love it!! I love feeling weighless and the coolness of the water on my body makes me feel good - plus it is outside so I'm getting my Vitamin D;) Once the pool closes in a few weeks, I'm going to try to do some pre-natal yoga. My goal after the pregnancy is to do a sprint triathlon next summer. Besides working out . . .I love curl up with a good book next to my cats.

Hi ladies! I am so excited to be joining you in the 2nd tri! @Ashris13 I hope you have a better day tomorrow! My EDD is 1/30/15 and I'm having a baby girl :)

I'm 14w4d and I'm finally feeling better. I had an IV in for 2 1/2 weeks as I couldn't keep anything down and had lost 13 lbs. I took it out on Sunday and have been on the Zofran tablets since and doing well. I can eat again, hallelujah!

QOTW: Horseback riding, all my life, and most recently mountain biking and CrossFit. I also love to read and travel. I used to ride horses a lot, but haven't at all in the last 5 years :( I'm planning to start riding again after this pregnancy. It's absolutely my favorite thing to do. I was mountain biking almost every weekend for the last three years, but not so much lately. I did bike until the bump got in the way with my last pregnancy. I just started CrossFit again after my IVF cycle and then a horrible first trimester, so it gets the most of my time.

Hello all.  Hope everyone is doing well.

19 weeks.  Excited to get to the half way mark on Sunday.  I have my A/S with the MFM Drs on Monday so I'm hoping everything looks better.  More BW came back and it all looked good.  If everything looks good on Monday, maybe then I can enjoy this pregnancy.  I would like to register by the end of the summer....too scary right now, but I have been doing my research.  I finally have a little bump.  There are still people we haven't told like work and some friends and cousins so if everything looks good on Monday we will be officially OUT.  Also if all goes well on Monday, I may start buying maternity clothes.

Pre pregnancy I have always been in to working out.  I enjoy classes, bike riding, running etc. Right before this IVF I got into spin classes and really liked them.  Now all I do is walk outside. I'm going to start prenatal yoga within the next few weeks so that will be good.

I am 23w4d today :)  I'm still feeling great, just tired.  I have a regular OB appointment tomorrow.  This baby is beginning to be as active as his or her older brother was.  Seeing kicks from the outside is so fun!

QOTW:  I don't really have too many hobbies that I can commit much time to.  DS keeps me pretty busy.  When I have a chance, I like to do anything crafty.  Right now, I'm concentrating on my sister's bridal shower and DS's 2nd birthday party decorations.  When those are all set, I'll move onto crafty stuff for the new nursery.

17weeks tm! I am still getting sick about twice a week and still no weight gain, but I am showing enough for strangers to notice. And babies are both gaining weight nicely both were 5oz last week. I can feel them move sometimes not very consistent yet. I am almost out of shirts that fit and look decent with my bump ill prob be going maternity shopping (again) soon. :-)

My hobbies have fallen aside lately since I've been busy working night shift I'm going to days in oct maybe I'll be able to get into a better routine then. But I love crafts, sewing, cocheting, and reading although I have not read a good book in a while. I am crocheting a baby blanket and have plans for a few more :-)

@Ashris13 I hope today is a better day than yesterday.

AFM I'm 23 weeks today. As I type this he's really active. Lots of little pokes and kicks. Not much new to report. We finished our registry. My mom said she would buy us the glider so I think we have all the big furniture pieces accounted for with that.

QOTW: Golfing, reading and working out. I also used to bake a lot but in the last few years I've barely done any baking. I'd like to get back into it, especially since golfing and working out have gone by the wayside with getting pregnant.

     TTC since August 2011, Me = 40, DH = 38
Unexplained IF. Tried Clomid for 3 cycles. All BFNs. BFP 1/6/13. Chemical pregnancy.

Moving on to IVF#1. ER 11/26/13, 16 eggs retreived, 12 mature and all fertilized. 2 blasts transferred on 12/1. All other embies arrested so nothing left to freeze. Beta 12/10 = BFN. IVF #2 March 2014. BFP!!! TEAM BLUE!!!

Hi Ladies - hope everyone is doing well!

Ashris13 - could you add me please?  EDD Jan 24, 2015, Team Green

Nausea is mostly gone other than the once a day gagging / throwing up, and then it is only a little bit.  And usually triggered when I encounter a strong smell.  Fatigue is still here but since I can function like a normal human for the most part, I will take it!

We had our 15wk appt on Monday - all looks good and the heartbeat is nice and strong.  Next appointment is the a/s on Sept. 2nd.  We have to decide by then if we are staying team Green or not.  I want to be surprised, DH wants to know but also cannot keep a secret... so we'll see...

QOTW: I love reading and photography.  I haven't done much of either in the past few months but want to pick them back up now that I am feeling better.

@Ashris13‌ - hope your day got better!

AFM: I'm exactly 16w today! :) been having some trouble lately though. My feet have swelled up and haven't gone down for 3 days now and I slept wrong the other night so yesterday, I was in so much pain by the end of the day, I was almost in tears! I called the OB and said to put my feet up and make sure I drink enough water. She wasn't worried but oh man was yesterday tough! Other than that, I'm counting the days to my OB appointment on Tuesday!

QOTW: I love to read! If Im reading a good book, the world disappears. But it's very rare these days to find a book/series I love.

@Ashris13 - I didn't get added yet either. If you get a chance to add me (EDD 1/18/15), that would be great. Good luck in 3rd tri!

Hi everyone! I'm 16 weeks 3 days today. Everything seems to be going okay. I've been feeling pretty good the past two weeks. This morning I had the final blood draw for the Integrated Screen, so I should get the results from that (and the NT/12 week test) in about one week. I'm a little nervous, but more anxious about the anatomy scan which is less than two weeks away now!

H and I have been really busy trying to get the house organized before we go back to work in a few weeks. So far we've reorganized our room and cleared out/reorganized the baby's room. We won't start really prepping baby's room for a few weeks, but it feels good to have a clean house and a blank slate in the nursery room.

QOTW: My main hobby is reading. I also learned to crochet, but it's been awhile since I started any projects. I also love to hike, but we don't get to do a lot of that here in Florida!

@Ashris13 can you add that I'm Team Green! Yay for 3rd Tri!!

I am 21 weeks, and have the slightest bit of nausea. It's more annoying than anything, I just feel "off" but I never get sick. Random times throughout the day. I have felt the tiniest bit of kicks, but no pattern and not unless I press really hard on my tummy. Nursery is cleaned out, some furniture ordered and the boys are painting this weekend!

QOTW: My husband and I love to cook. Even after a long day at work, I love getting in the kitchen and making a nice meal. I had to give up running (well not really but I did) and that was my other main hobby. And I had picked up boxing before I got pregnant which I give all the credit for me not turning into a hippo so far lol. Can't wait to get back in the gym!

    Hi All:
20w4d today. We have our A/S appointment tomorrow.  Just hoping for all the good measurements and hope everything looks good!  We just moved this past weekend and it was stressful. I am even more stressed out that we still have to get my old house on the market.

Well I wish I could say working out was a hobby, but that shit is a chore to me.  I do enjoy listening to a lot of music, and we do frequent a lot of concerts. Lady Gaga tonight.  I also do enjoy playing video games, not sure if that is really a hobby.  I did get a sewing machine for Christmas last year and once we get settled I hope to make that a hobby.

Sorry ladies I'm late for the check-in! @Ashris13 hope you're having a better day today.

21w2d here and we're both doing well.  Appointment is next Wednesday and I'm excited to be measured for the 1st time.  Last appt was 18 weeks so she just listened to the heartbeat.  LO is now kicking almost every day and it seems like she likes (or hates?) spicy foods!  Every time I eat sth spicy she kicks.   She is also a night owl because I feel her the most at night.  DH calls her a party girl.

I got my first taste of heartburn this week, not fun.  It wasn't too bad but I definitely have not experienced anything like that my whole life.  If I get heartburn @ 21 weeks I can only imagine how bad it will be 2-3 months later......

QOTW: I have many hobbies but not really good at any of them.  I like to cook but have been slacking for the past few months.  I'm quite crafty and like DIY things.  My current project is a crochet blanket for my baby girl, I just started 2 weeks ago and it's gonna take a while to finish it.

It's terrible to say but i really don't have any hobbies. I love working out, cooking and cleaning my house (weird, i know). I still workout 3-5x a week just not as hard as I did before and I still cook and clean daily, it's lost excitement!

    Hi everyone!

I've been slacking with my updates lately bc we have been so busy with fostering the 4 kittens we found in our yard! It's been a full time job on top of the 2 cats we already have!

Baby and I are doing great! I am excited to say that I am 20 weeks today! Huge milestone to make it to the halfway point! :-) We had our AS on Tuesday and found out that we are having a baby girl!!!! We are both so excited that it's a little girl! Already picked out her name, Quinn! It's my mother's maiden name and I just love it as a first name. Still working on middle name but so far I like Quinn Harper. Everything else looked great at the ultrasound and was measuring on track! We are doing a reveal party on Saturday to reveal to family and friends! I'm doing the large box of balloons to reveal and having our moms open the box!

Other than that after the party I need to get going with hospital tours, signing up for classes, registering, and work on the nursery! Lots to do and 4 more months! Can't believe how fast it's going. I've felt baby move here and there starting around 18 weeks but no definite kick or jab yet so anxiously waiting for those!

QOTD: I love to read! I'm also really into crafty stuff as well and like to take on projects or planning party's. I also do photography on the side so big into taking pictures as well.

Hi ladies! I’m 19wks3 days today, almost half way there! The anatomy scan was this week and everything looked great!! It was amazing to see how much the baby had grown since we had last seen him/her. My mom really wanted us to find out the sex of the baby, but we help our ground and we’re still team green :) I started to feel movement last week!! LO seems to be most active in the evening. Last week DH painted the nursery and we are picking up our crib this weekend.

QOTW:  I’ve made makeup my hobby years ago, but since I started doing freelance work for bridal parties and proms a few years back it’s turned into more of a second job :)

I've graduated from the first tri check in and would like to join the 2nd tri (woot woot!). I'm 14 weeks and 4 days. EDD Feb 2, 2015, one bean! We don't know the sex yet. After graduating from my RE in early July, I started seeing a new to me OB (bc all I had before was a GYN). It was God awful there! (Dirty office, used pap smear utensil on the floor, the OB didn't know how to use the ultrasound machine, and didn't do any blood work no measuring of my stomach and didn't hear for heartbeat). So, I've decided to find another OB practice, and my first appointment there is in a week! Fingers crossed my experience there will be a lot better! Whew, long intro haha! My hobbies are pinterest, cooking, art, sewing.
