as for the context, it's one thing to casually be discussing weapons (although not sure why that would come up, but hey you never know) and a completely other thing to bring up your "house full of guns" during an argument (which can be perceived as a threat of bodily harm which is legally defined as assault) and comment about how if you went postal on anyone you would have easy access to weapons

In fact for sane people I fully support the second amendment to the fullest. I was simply pointing out that you should probably watch what you say because making a threat (real or perceived) is a TOU violation, as well as a crime. Anyone reading this who has engaged in this conversation with you has a right to feel threatened by your statements especially following your behavior this evening.

following my behavior, seriously.. that is the first time anything remotely violent has came up in conversation. so my behavior this evening is not even a cause for concern.

and if it is a real or perceived threat then i guess i can feel threatened that the other lady though i would go postal. because that is a threat against me right. since that seems to be the logic tonight.
