UPDATE: Prayers if you have a moment

So DS an episode this evening :(. We were eating dinner at the table and he was taking a little nap in his bouncer. I heard him take a startling breath looked down to see his entire face blue and gray. No color at all. Scariest moment ever to see your baby. I picked him up and tried waking him up. He started breathing fine but took a good 5 minutes before he returned to normal color. Advice nurse/on call ped dr told us to take him into the big children's hospital er since they'd have a pulmnologist if needed. Well, thankfully ever since that episode he has been breathing and seems okay but they are keeping us over night to run tests and monitor. Right now he's got a few heart monitors. There is a good possibility that this is all related to reflux of all things but they are also checking a few other heart and blood sugar things.
If you could say a little prayer for my little guy it would be much appreciated! I'm sure he'll be okay, but it is so hard not to worry after what happened! Thank you all!

UPDATE:
Thanks everyone for the thoughts and prayers, they were so very appreciated! We were discharged late tonight and are now settled in at home. The good news is that they can't find any underlying problems with his heart, brain, blood sugars, etc. He had an EKG, blood testing, multiple heart monitors, and two ultrasounds of his brain. Thank The Lord it all came out normal. It appears as though this was mostly due to his reflux. What the drs think what happened was that the reflux hit the nerve in the throat that triggers your airway to close when throwing up or swallowing but for some reason it never went away and his brain took a long time to tell him to take another breath. So we will be headed to his pediatrician this week to talk about some meds to relieve some symptoms of reflux, though they really won't necessarily prevent what happened Friday night. Anyways I found out I'm pretty much a basket case with worry that this could happen again while we are sleeping, so here I am watching him sleep :p Anyone have those baby breathing monitors??? Worth it???? :)
Thanks again everyone!
(Also found out he loves to flirt with the nurses...he was constant smiles for one in particular!)
