  Ugh I am just not feeling today at ALL. It was pouring rain on my commute, boring meeting, unhappy stomach. Wish I was home watching Real Housewives or something!!

  @mandamoochie it was really good. One of my BFF came in town to visit me. We spent the weekend just being goofy and silly. She does photography as a hobby, so we did a little photo shoot, pregnancy announcement style. I have another photographer friend who offered to do some pictures as well, so I'll be taking more in a couple weeks using different props. Not that I intend to send out announcements, but I think it would be cool to put them in keepsake photo albums. 

  
  

  DH and I went window shopping, and started looking at nursery furniture. He got more excited than I did in BRU and created a registry already. It was fun seeing him so excited, running up the aisles "testing" strollers. lol

  Happy 100th post @jaztaz1‌ ! I've had a hard weekend symptom-wise and am realllllllly ready to be out of first-tri hell.
  
  In non baby related news, I just made the deans list for the fourth straight semester which qualifies me for an honors program and I can apply for some scholarships! School is getting really hard to stay on top of so I'm trying to use this as my motivation to push through this last year.

  Congrats!!!!!! I know how hard it is and doesn't it feel awesome to get scholarships just for doing well? I know it's hard to stay motivated but you can do it!! What are you going to school for? I'm about to graduate with my BS in psych and wait a few years to get my MS. Masters programs are just too darn expensive!

  Huh, where are my Boston ladies?? Apparently a tornado went through Revere in that storm this morning?? Route 1 is closed? I need to look into this a bit, might make getting home challenging.... hope everyone is ok!

  DD has been waking up everyday at 5:30 am for the past week. It's driving me nuts. No matter what time I put her to bed, she's up at 5:30. Someone help me before I go insane.

  I am so tired. I am at a conference through wed (started Saturday) and it is classes all day long. Hold me I just want to go back to my room and sleep.

  the BRU brand... its the same as the Snoogle but seemed a little bit longer and it was like $5 cheaper

  @CrazyCornball, I did the same over the weekend, buying Cap'n Crunch. My husband gave me the side-eye when I put the box in the cart. My response? "I am not ashamed."

  My H was sick yesterday, so after taking care of the dreaded man cold and a toddler, being at work is refreshing.  

  Yep, i got some late last week and am seriously addicted, I do not remember it tasting this good.

  We announced to our families last night (well all weekend). We told DH's cousin & wife.. who are our best friends. ALl is good. Today she text me saying that her SIL didn't tell anyone until 20w... dot. dot. dot. Like we made a mistake telling people so soon. I responded w/ my OB said we should have no reservations telling ppl & that was back at 10w. IDK it's nothing big, I just thought it was kind of weird she said that.

  My father is out of his 6 hr long heart surgery and in extensive care now. We had a scare earlier today when they had to open him up 2nd time to fix some bleeding.  Damn hormone is having me in tears all morning from worrying.  I'm more relieved now he's stable and responsive when they woke him up an hour ago.

  @Irishcurls‌ - whaaaaat? I did not hear that, but I also spent most of my morning watching Fresh Prince and not the news. Was it an actual confirmed tornado? We just got a few rumbles of thunder along the route 2/495 belt. ETA: Boston.com tells me there was indeed a tornado. Crazy!!

  Yup, crazy right! It was torrential downpour in Cambridge, DH was leaving work early for a doc appt, I'm waiting to hear how the roads are back to the North Shore. Scary stuff!!

  I imagine all you boston people got the same storm that kept me up for hours last night. That was one shit show of a storm that would not stop... I think we got like 3-4 inches of rain. Hopefully no one was hurt if there was a tornado.
  
  @ PikoPiko t's and p's for your dad. I know how stressful that can be. My dad had brain surgery a few years ago. I was stressed OUT. I couldnt imagine with the hormones too.

  My family live in England and I'm in the US.  I have my phone literally tied to my hand since 6am this morning with the time difference.  It was so nerve-wrecking to have to wait for news from my sister.  He was tired when they woke up but he recognized my siblings just fine.  I'll be sending him a grandpa get well card to let him know a little one is waiting to be spoiled.
