Son of a! There goes my theory. I've gotten food poisoning from sushi before, too, years ago, but that was end-of-the-day mall food court sushi. Bad move on my part.

I've been eating sushi my whole pregnancy, with dr approval! Her rules were: don't eat somewhere you haven't been before you were pregnant, and only eat at places you never got sick from prepregnancy. She says it's all about the quality, and sushi grade fish in the US is frozen almost 100% of the time to kill bacteria. And have had no judgement at my fav sushi spot!

Ppl r very opinionated. I get the "u r starving the baby" comment every time I take out my lunch box. Just because u don't do the eating for two thing. I asked one guy once if he thinks it's possible for him to love my child more than I do? B4 he could even answer I asked how millions of kids are born healthy without his expert advice? Hell how did I give birth to a healthy baby girl 5 years ago when I didn't know him.

I used to boil alone. These days I hv an answer ready. Ppl should mind their own BI
