OMG @torilea I'm so sorry . I would be super pissed. Does he not care you have an infant in the house ? AC is pretty important not to mention clothes are too expensive to be ruined by his stupidity. OH I would be so pissed he wouldn't want to hear from me . I'm sorry your having to deal with that. Hopefully soon you guys can find something else !

I went to the doctor, Target, and to pick up my grocery order ALL BY MYSELF!!! DH took a half day off work so I could get out by myself a little bit. This was the first day in a week that I had even left the house. It was so good!
Hugs and prayers to all the ladies needing them. I'm so sorry you all have to go through these tough situations.
ETA typing on the kindle while nursing is hard work.
DS1 cracks me up. Keira was crying a little and he said "It's ok Keira, I'm here. I don't have any milk for you". Then he looks over and starts reaching toward me. "Mama I need you to open your shirt!".
@torilea Re:expired frozen dinner. In my experience (grocery stores are my job), most grocery stores; 1) don't check dates for expired product unless A)its brought to their attention, they know a particular type of product doesn't sell well 2) don't check frozen food dates because A) they forget even frozen food can go bad, there's a kid working in the department who doesn't care, C) most frozen product has a code not a date 3) don't rotate new/old product because they A) don't have time, don't have experienced staff that know they should
I'd return the package with your receipt, let the store know (probably the service desk), but ask for the manager (store or department). Make sure management knows while you're there. Most managers don't want expired product in their stores so they will ensure the product gets checked.
I deal with this a lot, and while a store manager can be upset at finding expired product on their shelves, they are usually happier that no one got sick from their food, and that they can order fresh product. I've removed an entire skid of expired 'TV dinners' from a store's shelves because of dates... The store manager was then able to show the store staff what happens when they don't rotate.
P.S. I'm glad your H didn't eat it. Stay healthy!!
DH has a baseball tournament this weekend. First game is in 5 hours. I want to go, but I've had 2 hours sleep. I will likely only get another 2 more. I-) I-) I may not make it to the first game because I would have to get a toddler and an infant out of bed early. I like to watch him play baseball and I'm sad to miss it, but I think I would rather sleep than rush to a baseball game.
I got my anniversary badge yay for a year with all of you!! (( : I can't believe this time last year is was asking questions about progesterone supplements, crossing my fingers and legs that this babe would stay put and praying M14 would be a good month for us after 2previous mc in a row..well thank god!
Now I have some awesome new friends, a beautiful baby girl and have had such fun with all of you over this time!!! ( : thanks for everything M14!
It's the last day of rodeo finals!! I've seen 3/4 of my nieces last performances. (She runs barrels & poles) and tonight is the short go. Which she should qualify for in barrels. Meaning the last time we drive 2.5 hours to watch a *hopefully* 17 second ride.
I love supporting my niece. But I don't love all the driving. Especially when if means getting home SO late.
Let the stranger danger stress nursing begin. She gets anxious when she doesn't know the people or something so she wants me to hold her and then she also wants to nurse what seems like more frequently.
Gah. Good thing I'm ok nip'ing with a cover around my dad.
One of the twins started that yesterday. A friend was here trying to help out because I wasn't feeling well and three different times Owen freaked out when she tried to hold him. He stopped right away as soon as DH or I took him. We were surprised because he's way more laid back than his sister!
@caseinpoint I'm glad you're ok! Hopefully her insurance will cover everything.
@torilea I know you said you were having trouble finding a new place since your husband just changed jobs. Have you tried looking at rental houses or maybe an apartment in a large house that has been split up? Those types of places are usually privately owned and can be more flexible than a large apartment complex run by a management company.
@torilea don't be hard on yourself ! Your a great mommy and you and your DH take great care of Ellie ! People hit rough spots ( Trust me DH and I have been through a few in our day ). But your setting a great example for her ! Don't worry about that douche bag LL !!.

So I've been waking up the past couple of days feeling like I drank a shit ton the night before. Just total hangover feeling. I don't know if it's my allergies or something else but it sucks having to be all happy and chipper when I'm not.
Me too ! I have a killer " hangover " headache right now ! I just didn't get the gun night out last night to cause it

Random: Sometimes I want to just reply to the actual thread title, instead of reading the post to see what the 'real' question is. Example: Title: does anyone have a front load washer? (Most replies would be yes or no) Real question within post: how much and what kind of laundry soap do you use? (Obviously there would be many different replies here)
Sometimes the title just doesn't really match the subject completely.
@bjd316 re: blow out- Congratulations, lol. I feel your pain, Sharkie and I are on a plane ant it is on the runway...guess who had a blow out on my lap just now.
@babycaps thanks for making me lol twice tonight (making love to your pump, and miquesobaby-haha). I could also be deliriously tired from trying to get Brooke back to sleep.
@torilea my mom rents houses in the DFW area (doesn't haven't any near you right now unfortunately) but tomorrow when I see her, I will ask her if there is anything you can do about your asshole of a land lord.
