So excited and cautiously optimistic! 8 Days past IVF transfer. Positive test 4 days after transfer. Set for beta tomorrow. All sorts of sleepy and throwing up my dinner. Even excited about that since I wasnt sick at all with my 2 miscarriages. Due day 8/27 but they warned me I would likely be induced early because of my age (way older mom to be).

Re: The Randomest Thread
Damn, forget it I quit lol
Sooo many happy tears.
That doesn't mean you couldn't have gotten one from a relative (hand me down) as a gift. Or home made.
But BOTH sides drop?? That doesn't even seem possible. I've seen several different types of drop side cribs (I've got 2 diff styles) but I don't think any of them dropped on BOTH sides.
At least my husband is off tomorrow.
I feel your frustration! Colton is either rufusung pumped milk or refusing to nurse. Everyday it's a gamble do I pun or nurse! Plus he won't nap either! My other kids never went through this, at least not that I noticed!
Where I grew up an infant was pretty much expected to be with mommy.
I would never have asked if my EBF infant was allowed or not UNTIL I joined The Bump.
Oddly enough, I'm going to a wedding in a couple months and NO children are invited to wedding or reception.
I'm not sure what I'm going to do with LO. I could likely find a sitter, but I will need to BF and I would prefer not to have to pump.
When I was a kid going to all the weddings my family was invited to we always sat nicely at the wedding and stayed with all the adults at the reception.
We loved to dance and chase each other around. A lot of times I had friends/cousins there because I come from a large family and we knew EVERYONE!!!
When I joined TB I saw threads about weddings without kids...I was shocked that so many people agreed on no kids.
@FFwifey
Hoity toity in Toronto. Of course there are no children allowed. 8-|
Where is it, Casa Loma? Lol.
ETA: also I am standing in a Manhattan wedding this weekend and bride just asked me what my plans were but honestly didn't care. If I had laser eyes I would totally shoot them at your friends wedding for being so ...sooo...eh
My confession is that I am using the same crib from ds2. It has a drop down side!
I didn't have any qualms about kids coming to our wedding. It was small, with family only, so it made sense to have all of our nieces and nephews there. They all behaved perfectly, save my oldest nephew who I am closest with. (He was just about to turn 3 at the time) As I start walking down the aisle he yells "Anna!!!" And rushed down to come give me a hug, then he accompanied my dad and I down the aisle. It was the sweetest outburst ever.
Qi took what she said as 15 minutes before she goes in, and it usually takes three tries. So 45 minutes that poor baby screams each night.
Still no naps to be had over here
Yay
My DH just finally got in for his consultation appointment.
There is still a minimum 4 month wait for the vasectomy...
I'm sooooo afraid of getting pregnant before then. I already have an almost 20 month old and my 4 month old.
I'm really hoping there's a cancellation...like...NEXT WEEK. Lol.
