Gas kept me up all night and now I'm exhausted and can't get out of bed. Oh and I'm STILL gassy. This blows. I've got an 8:30 conference call so I really do need to get up. Ugh.

Yeah you should call your dentist. If you have a crown the tooth could be absessing underneathe. Thats what happened with my daughter and they ended up pulling the tooth two years later.

I agree call the dentist.

My MS was at it's worst yesterday. Thankfully I was him with nothing extremely important to do. Crossing my fingers it isn't so bad today.

And I have managed to rupture a blood vessel in each eye. Basically I have a bruise on my eye ball that is red and nasty looking. Your body does weird things when you are pregnant.

I know zero about root canals but gum pain is a pregnancy side effects. And if you have a sinus infection that can also make it feel like you need one.

I never thought I would be posting this but my ms has gone away and it's freaking me out a little despite knowing this is common. I had an us at 10 weeks I feel like this should have been enough. If not that then this giant blump should!!!

I would like a good, satisfying solid poop. My poops are either the tummy cramps sitting on the pot in misery or straining because of holy constipation misery.

@psychobutthead‌ I've only puked a few times with this pregnancy but I get the nauseous feeling periodically throughout the day. With my earlier pregnancy with twins, I hardly had any MS, just really random pukes that weren't common and I was hardly nauseous.

So legit, I have constant gas pains, but no real gas. What the fuck is that. It's like right under my left rib. Sooooo awful. Other than that, I'm feeling ok. FINALLY have an intake call today, t-minus one week until my first appointment. Lawd a'mighty.

I feel like shit.. I am having extremely itchy skin since past 2 days and nothing seems to be working on it. I don't even know whether this is a pregnancy symtom or should I just go see a dermatologist for it..

And the nausea still seems to hit me at least for 4 hrs everyday. I mean please leave me alone for at least a day !! Grrrrr X(

I am tired and nauseous. Plus, I still can't spell nauseous. Thank God for spell check. I haven't puked, but I question myself all day on if I am going to. I will be 11 weeks on Friday, and I am so ready for the glorious 2 trimester I keep hearing about.

There's no random thread today so this goes here: so I just had my intake call with the nurse at my OB and asked what will happen at my first appt next week (8w4d) and she basically was like "it's a wellness check, STD testing, go over any questions." So.....no u/s??? What the fuck.

Hopefully they will at least schedule one for you! Some offices send you to a screening place for u/s so they have to give you paperwork for it. My friend's office is like that, and she had her first appt, then got a script for an u/s and got it done at an Advanced Radiology the next day.

Also, the receptionist at my practice told me no u/s, but when I was there yesterday my doc was going to give me one if the machine hadn't been down. Maybe yours will, too, but didn't mention it?

Yeah I wondered this...if I was sort of like, ohhhh well I'm concerned. I don't know. I waffle very easily between "things are great" and "holy fuck" so I don't know. Guess I'll see how it goes. At the very least I'm going to insist on scheduling one!

puked up my honey nut cheerios, almond milk and banana breakfast a few minutes ago - was excited I was craving something healthier and it didnt stick. Wonder if it was the sugar in the cereal.

So I resorted to my 100 cal smart bagel and cream cheese, it's the only thing I can have these days ;(

Constipation is super annoying as well!

Fatigue punched me in the face last night. One minute I was watching Brian Williams deliver the news and the next I was passed out still wearing my glasses. I then proceeded to sleep through the night! Must have needed the extra sleep!

I am 8w5d my dr told me to stop my prenatals until I am 12 weeks. She said all the important things have grown and I should be fine till then. She did this cuz of the severe nausea. Has any1 else's dr told them to do this?

No, but anecdotally I've heard it elsewhere--someone's MW suggested stopping it if it was bothering them. As far as the folic acid, the neural tubes have already formed at this point, so that's good. You could try another brand if you don't want to stop altogether (gummies work well for a lot of us!) or really focus on getting your vitamins and minerals through food (though that might be a problem given the severe nausea....).

I was feeling better today up until 30 min ago. Thank goodness I'm a teacher and off for the summer! I dunno how I'd do this in the school year

I'm been having that same drainage for a few weeks. It keeps making me gag. I went away for the weekend and had no airconditioning, and it went away. Went back to work in the AC Monday and it's back. Not sure if it's a coincidence, but might be worth trying to get extra fresh air. Seems like I feel more nauseous when I'm cooped up inside all day too.

Thanks @kkleigh10‌. I know it's normal but all of this scares the crap out of me. I called the nurse for something else today at my OB's which I haven't seen yet and I asked when my next u/s would be and she had no clue. She said because I did IVF. Really. Your making me feel like I'm in good hands lol.

I'm so jealous of you ladies in the US... that there are just ultrasound machines kicking around to try out. We either have to go to a hospital or a special imaging clinic to get ultrasounds here. They don't have them at any doctors' offices. I told my friend (she's one of a very small group of people that know I'm pregnant again) that I was going for the NT ultrasound. She goes, "I always declined the screening." And I was like, "yeah, so do I, but I'm AMA now.... plus I'm a total ultrasound whore and don't want to wait until 20 weeks."

I AM a total ultrasound whore.

This seventh week has been hell to say the least. I didn't really have any symptoms until now. I can't get comfortable, thus can't sleep, thus feel like a zombie. I can't tell if I'm hungry or full, or did I overeat? The cramping pains are making me dizzy and I feel like I'm going to pass out. I'm almost constantly nauseated... Soda is the only thing keeping my stomach okay (I know, it's terrible to be drinking them!). And did I mention I feel like a zombie? Ugh...

On the sypmtoms front... I have goddam insomnia. Again. I used to suffer from really severe insomnia, but it went away after I had Amanda and was exhausted all the time. When she started sleeping through the night at 6mo, so did I. It was heaven. Now the kids sleep better than I do. What in the wide, wide world of sports is going on here!!?!!

my MS has disappeared! Can't complain there. Still constipated & OMG moody & irritable. I told my DH & step son I need to be locked in my room alone because it seems like everything and everyone get under my skin. I'm normally a very nice person i promise, but the last few days I've been a real witch.

Yes! The nausea started at 4w1d, vomiting every morning around week 6, but this week (8) has been around the clock/zofran won't touch it crud. I miss food
