Yep! I love reading birth stories, but I can't manage more than a meager love tit for the randoms. I get much more excited when I see a reg post a story! The stupid repeating questions, I just can't. So damn obnoxious.

Also wtf dh's nutritionist? She tells him yesterday that he has lost weight too quickly and looks gaunt and tired and that therefore we should hire a nanny???? Wtaf? I'm on mat leave now, plus I do 95% of her care during the week anyway, argh I just lost it when he said that. Too too many damn assumptions there lady! He's stressed from work not home!!

This exactly. I had something every 10-12 minutes last night for 2 hours. It hurt, more as time went on, and then sorta fizzled out. So I have no idea what's going on. I figure it'll either be unmistakable or my water will break. DH is betting on crowning before I figure out what's up.

Both of these exactly... I had what I think was contractions last night then they just fizzled out. I agree with my DH who was saying 'Come on pain... don't go away!!'. So ready to get this show on the road and stop second guessing everything different my body does.

I've got 2 weeks left and I'm miserable.

It's not Monday but IDGAF. Someone on FB just posted that they saw some fucking asshole cuntwad punch a pitbull puppy in the face because he hopped up into the front seat of their car, while they were at the gas station.

WHAT THE MOTHER FUCKING FUCK IS WRONG WITH FUCKING PEOPLE?!

How has evolution not weeded out these clearly sub-par individuals? How do they not bump into walls all day long?

This makes me sick to my stomach.

It's Tuesday but I'm bitching. Just had my doctor appt. this baby has definitely dropped. She's resting on my thighs when i go uphill or stairs. I think this must be good news and I'm only 1 cm. Wah. On top of that I ask how long they'll let me go...AUGUST 9th. An entire month I could still be pregnant. I get they do what's best for baby but holy shit...I'll literally be the size of a baby elephant by then!!

I feel ya. I'm due Saturday, but I'm allowed to go to July 26th. I don't want to be pregnant for another 2.5 weeks

Poor puppy!!! THAT is what turns dogs vicious, it's not the dog's fault! I hope your friend got a license plate number and reported it. Don't tell me if they didn't, I have to tell myself it got taken care of or I will cry myself to sleep.

Serious question: am i too random/lurkish for my own birth post? I havent made one because i dont want to add to that issue. Maybe i should start a "non SS/AW birth stories for all the randos" thread?

I definitely think you should AW your birth story, as should any woman on this board, however much they lurk or participate. It's our birth month board! I think it's kind of the point to flood the board with those posts! I think people are more irritated with randoms posting random stupid pointless threads.

Iknow, I'm not saying violence against people is ok, something I condone or something that I can stomach. But at least humans, on the whole, have done shitty things that sometimes warrant getting socked in the mouth. A puppy? Not a single thing a puppy has ever done makes punching it a normal reaction.

This exactly. I love reading the birth stories. I feel like they open my eyes too to different experiences that could happen.

It's the drive by "do you guys think I lost my plug" posts that make me do a double take I'm not lurking on BBC
