Last night there was another post titled "baby girl names" from a stranger. She deleted the names after she got the customary "who are you." But the names were: Luanna Heaven, Luanna Quianna, and Quianna Luanna
Once DD1 is in a deep sleep it's fine for the most part, but it's really been pissing me off how long putting her to sleep takes because of the damn fireworks. Or having to continually put her back down to sleep because she's been startled awake for the umpteenth time! Plus, they do the ones that are just an extremely loud bang, with no real display. I am so beyond done with them.
Exactly. If it didnt disturb everyone around (look at me being curteous) I would pull in their driveway at 5:30am when DH is on his way to work and just blare the fucking horn. Just because they're up late doesn't mean everyone else is.
My puggle won't quit eating figs that have fallen from the tree in our backyard. I spent all day Saturday cleaning up his puke. And of course, he only puked underneath tables. The coffee table, the side table, the dining room table, etc. So my giant ass had to crawl on all fours to clean up dog puke.
And of course, this led to me being pissed FI switched jobs because if he was home he could take care of this for me. I need to learn to control my emotions a little better. They snowballed and I spent a good 10 minutes bawling and giving both dogs the stink eye.
I was unable to shop for all the things I needed and we made a special trip just for those things and borrowed a truck. AND they were out of stock of all the furniture items I wanted. So disappointed.

Hahaha! The post is recent and the title rhymes with "Maybe Shmegistry".
Over the weekend we went to visit my MIL and FIL...we see them a couple times a month, but generally spend only a few hours over there. We live 3 1/2 hours away from them, and my parents live 30 minutes away from them. We ALWAYS stay at my parents house, and there are several reasons for this. 1. MIL/FIL have 3 German Shepards. 2. We have 1 dog. 3. They live in a small home for 3 dogs, let alone 4 dogs. 4. I don't trust their dogs around my dog 5. The bed they want us to sleep in is LITERALLY 40+ years old. DISGUSTING.
SO, the FIRST thing out of my FIL's mouth was, "I thought you got rid of this piece of sh*t". This is in response to seeing my car pull into the driveway. I drive a 2007 Cobalt. There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with this car except for the fact that it has 200,000 miles on it. Are we going to get a new car, yes. Do we need one at this moment, NO. Why would I finance more than is necessary?!!? Why is this any of your business. SO then he continued to go ON an ON and ON. ALL DAY about everything and everyone. It's exhausting.
And you DH don't ever say ANYTHING about it. It hurts my feelings that he is so disrespectful! My parents paid for my current car, and by the grace of god it has never broken down, or gotten into an accident, and this is one of the reasons we are now in a better financial situation. Which FRANKLY is more than your parents can say about themselves OR more than they have EVER done for you!! GRRR!
Sorry so long. They are just SO judgmental, disrespectful, and ignorant, and I just CAN'T take it! When I try to discuss it with DH, he doesn't say anything! So here I vent to my stranger friends
My guy was pissed that I didn't give him food for 16 hours when I took mine.
So yesterday I went out to get gas and groceries. As I was finishing pumping my gas, a young guy (kinda methy looking) approached me. He said he didn't want money just some gas put in his car to go about 40 miles down the road.
I was kinda of nervous being pregnant but the do-gooder in me agreed to put $15 in his tank (he had two female passengers). So I put my card in, entered my pin, and watched him pump the agreed amount.
I wished them luck and got in my car. I sat for a few seconds resetting my trip meter and kinda waiting for them to leave. They didn't. I turned onto the street and while waiting at the light I could see him approaching other people.
So I turned around in a church parking lot and watched him for a minute and called the store to tell them about the guy.
I don't mind helping others but clearly they were just working people and that makes me sad. I told my husband and he was furious that this had happened. I have checked my bank info several times and there have been no unauthorized purchases so I think I wasn't scammed into anything serious.
Also, there is a big push for me to get my desk ready for maternity leave and it is stressing me out. I know that my lo will be here before you know it but it still feels like I have plenty of time to get things in order around here.

@TicketTuesday I can't believe what happened, and I agree, completely tragic on both ends! I'll be praying for the family, and I agre with the other ladies, maybe bring over some food and let them know that you are there for them, but I think it might take a bit of time for all of the shock to wear off...
@ANGnJON I can't believe your MIL would do that!! That's nuts!! I would lose it! Why?? WHY? What did she need that she couldn't call/text you about? Was HER house on fire?? Even if it was, what were you going to do about it??

LOL about her house being on fire!! Your right it is nuts, it's like we have no sense of privacy! We were actually sitting on our back patio last night & she just came waltzing back there! I'm still not even sure how she knew that we were back there, the whole patio is lined with Leland cypress trees for privacy! The reason for her stopping by last night was because she wanted to know if we wanted this storage cabinet that she is getting rid of. Then when DH said well why couldn't you just leave a text or VM about this, that's when she got all pissy & stormed off! It's always this kind of nonsense that she uses as excuses to stop by whenever she feels like it! I told DH that he MUST set VERY clear boundaries & guidelines on this issue before the LOs arrive or I'm gonna go ape shit! I think what pisses me off even more is that she would NEVER pull this shit with his other two brothers!
