@jalara48‌ totally not okay and not a joke. My teenage sister convinced me the other day that my mom was engaged and still wouldn't confess that it was a joke while I was having an anxiety attack. Agh!

We put an offer on a house but it already had one. Our offer was accepted with no conditions but the other offer had to sell there house within 3 days. We just got a call our financing went through so we thought for sure the house was ours. 10 minutes later we got word the other offer removed their conditions so we didn't get it I'm so mad! So we are still looking for a house. We have to be out august 29.

My bitch this week is that we got our semi-annual bonuses at work (these bonus are directly related to the amount of work we do). I thought there must have been a problem with how mine was deposited, because it was significantly less than I was quoted by our manager. Turns out no, that's all I get, because I lost SO MUCH in taxes. I get paying taxes, I really do, but it really sucks to see so much money vanish in an instant.

Yep, the govt takes a higher percentage from bonuses. More than half.
