    1) When people say "expeshully" instead of the correct "especially." And "aks" instead of "ask." I am always correcting the kids at my work.

    2) The sound of teeth scraping on a fork (or any other scraping...) *shudders*

    3) Being stuck behind someone driving under the speed limit in a no-passing zone. Actually it's not just a pet peeve. I rage a bit.

  • People that can't decide on something.  I'm not going to try to make plans with you if your responses are either "Whatever you want" or "Anything is fine". That bugs the ever-loving shit out of me.  I'll just never ask again.
That's one of mine too!  DH and MIL are both always saying "It's up to you" and take forever to make plans with each other.  Drives me nuts. And then they decide what we're doing and on the way there talk about all the options again. FOR NO REASON.  DH thinks I have issues because this bugs me so much.

Also when people you're living with put things away in a different spot every single time.  "Where's the spatula? Oh, I'll just check 30 different places and maybe find it in 10 minutes..."
  • Repetitive noises like tapping a pencil, clicking a pen, picking at your nails. Also don't like the people who constantly clear there throat. I know someone who snorts like every 30 seconds. Like snorts like trying to clear out their sinuses. It's a miracle I don't throat punch them.
Ugh cringing just thinking about the noises!

When people stop their car in a parking lot to talk to someone they know outside or in another car driving in the opposite direction. This happens in my small town all the time because everyone knows everyone. So we just wait to move forward or back out of a space while these people have a chat. So inconsiderate. Also, people who crack their knuckles and men who don't trim their nose/ ear hair. If I have to shave my legs, bikini, armpits, that's the least you can do.

  • Loud chewing/breathing.

  • Reading through these I would agree with most of you. My main ones are grammar and dragging feet.

I worked on a college campus and these damn kids dragging their damn lazy ass feet drove me bonkers.

Being a word nerd I am also a self designated grammophile!

  • I can agree with 90% of the things brought up. Some of my bigger ones are:

How you say the state Nevada. It is NOT neh-vah-duh, it's neh-va-duh. Va like Vatican. I will correct anyone, and everyone when they say it incorrectly.

MH sticks his tongue out when he's spooning food in... I want to slap his food away. I can't watch him eat...

When people say pop/coke for a soda. It's soda, or soda pop or the name of said soda.

The standing so close to me inline that I can feel your presence, or actually feel you on me... I will ask you to back the frick up. That makes me stabby.

  • Hearing people eat. H makes this gurgling sound in his throat when he eats. Take a damn drink if food is getting stuck in your throat!

The sound of someone chewing ice.

Bad grammar, especially your/you're and when people use 'of' instead of 'have,' i.e. would of.

The sound of cracking knuckles.  Freaks me out!

Bad manners.  I held the door open for you, fucking say thank you.

@PuppyLove84‌, if you're in Georgia, Cumming is the exit right before the one for my ILs on 400. I chuckle every time we pass it :). (I should probably clarify that we live in TX, so this happens about once a year.)
I am in GA, and I know exactly what you mean!  Cumming... hehehe.

    Mouth-breathers

People who eat with their mouth open

People who don't make eye contact when they are talking to you

Everyone and everything for the first hour after I wake up.

Sorry I can't help that I can't breathe through my nose because it is usually stuffed due to allergies!
    :( Please don't hate me!!!!!!

  • I get really irked about people on FB using fifteen long hashtags after a picture. It's like they have no idea what the fuck a hashtag is, and do it to be cute or some shit.

    #omgitsbeautifulout #Ican'twaittogooutside #thisiswhatjulyisallabout #thedogcantwaittogoouteither #thesunisinthesky #makingsuretodrinklotsofwater #hopeigetatantoday

I want to rip every stupid hashtag off the stupid screen
  • I hate the sound of gulping - if I am sitting near you, I should not be able to hear liquid going down your throat. You cannot be THAT thirsty. Drink like a normal human being.

Also, I have to jump in on the chewing sounds. There is one person in my company who chews so loudly in meetings I want to rip my ears off. They always sit behind me so I haven't figured out who it is. . . .yet.

    Diagnoses: Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, POTS, PCOS
  • When it is crowd and there are lots of people walking, and people just stop in the middle of the walkaway to talk. It's not that hard to move to the side, out of the way.

When I ask my husband a question and he doesn't want to answer me because he doesn't think I'll like his answer, so he asks me the exact same question in a slightly didn't way. It drives me crazy. I'm asking so rather I like it or not, I want an answer. Just answer the question!

  • Wow I haven't posted in ages.... Lol
Biggest pet peeves is something the Germans call "sliming" which is basically sucking up... It doesn't look good on anyone... Stay natural and don't annoy me with your fake smile.
