  • When people use the wrong abbreviations. (IE: EST instead of EDT during Daylight Savings Time). I schedule meetings every day across all 4 zones in the US and it makes me bonkers. (For the record: It's currently EDT)

That's the abbreviation I always have to check before I write it. I know it's etc, but I always have to do a quick Google.

I cannot stand when the smell of something cooking permeates my house for too long after I'm done cooking. Bacon is a huge offender, so is frying of any sort. The smell of it cooking is great, but then for the rest of the night I'll whiff stale cooking smells. Gag. I really need a stronger hood fan.

  • I can't stand people who are habitually late. I get that it happens every once in a while, but people who are late all the time are just being rude. It's basically saying that your time is more important than my time.

I also get irritated with people who use the moving walkways at airports to just stand. They aren't meant for standing, they are meant for people who need to walk faster, like those catching a connecting flight. The standers are probably the people who are always late to things.

I use them and stand because it's easier than having to get my walker or wheelchair at the gate and risk hurting myself trying to get around impatient people. But I'm sure you would just think I'm one of those people that are just late to things.

That's WAY different. There is a difference between someone who is carrying a lot (walkers, wheelchairs, strollers, kids, etc.) and someone who is using it so they can text or chill for a minute. Sorry if I offended.

And I think @slappalicious is right about the rule, but so many people violate it.

  • I dislike it when people are eating and their teeth hit together.

Also my H sometimes does this thing when he's sitting and reading or on the computer where airbubble sounds come out of his mouth kind of (Its hard to explain) but it drives me crazy and I always lean over and move his lips.

Also when people chew with their mouth open.

Last but not least, when people are on their phones while waiting in the left turn lane and are not paying attention and we miss the arrow or I don't get to go and they do but I could of if they would of been paying attention.
