are you 100% sure it's hfm? because hfm is isolated. but impetigo isn't and looks similar...

Well, it's in 3 classrooms at school so I just assumed. 104 fever Thursday and Friday, extreme sore throat Saturday then the head to toe rash started Sunday. I guess I'm off to google impetigo now though......;)

The pedi was actually no sweat, and I'm sure you have more to choose from by you. Once we got a solid recommendation, we made an appointment for an interview and that was that. I actually interviewed her at 36 weeks (oops). The nanny is tough because it's so hard to do in advance. As for registering, WE HAVE ALL THE FEELS AND OPINIONS. Good luck with all of it!

I have a massive crush on John Oliver & crazy love for the gif in you sig.

Ped wise I have a few recommendations so will probably start making calls. The stressful thing is that if I decide to do daycare I'lll probably use one near my job, which means I need a pedi in NY AND NJ in case of an emergency while I'm at work. Frankly a nanny just seems easier at this point, though I'll probably feel otherwise when I start performing interviews.

I'm sure I'll be bugging everyone for baby paraphernalia opinions!

I've only taken DD in a teeny tiny baby pool, I'm totally failing as a fun mom! It's hard to find a good pool in the city to go to unless you belong to a club and I haven't made the trek to the suburb pool I grew up going to. I need to do it asap, I feel bad she hasn't experienced it!

My DD was entirely unimpressed with the big pool. We also have a kiddy pool that has a bunch of water features and a slide. She could not care less about them. I think we will get a little baby pool and go from there.

I should probably save this for Friday, but today I wanted SO badly to break check someone who was tailing me. I had Emma in the car, so that was a no-go, but I had Emma in the car and it pissed me off with how close they were. They were driving a fancy little car, all shiny and clean. I went ahead and washed my windshield and it got all over their car. They slowed down immediately. This may or may not be my new break check.

Then I'm even more of a fail... DS has never been in ANY pool....

I just feel like I keep talking about it and haven't done it, it's not THAT big of a deal, but I feel like she would love it and want her to experience it!
