There are a few trolls here. One who thought Israel was part of Africa and that no mom who has her child in DC is raising her child comes to mind. (I think she referred to "Hispanic" as a language too.) However, compared to a few other boards I occasionally visit, it's very mellow.
My UO: People who do not respond to email invitations. Usually it's not parents. DD1's birthday is Sunday. I went out with a bunch of my childless friends last night. I assumed all but three of them were not coming to her birthday because they did not RSVP. (Invitation was emailed over two weeks ago.) As I was leaving, at least eight of them said they'd see me Sunday. I'm really stoked they're coming. It will make the party much more fun. But....PLEASE people, click the little "yes" icon to let me know you're coming. It doesn't take much time - much less time than updating your Facebook status each time you eat a meal, work out, or take a seemingly great selfie.

This is why this board has the rep as it does, and partly why so many moms that work PT, or freelancer, or opposite shift, or any other so of flexible arrangement, usually post on SAHM.
Who the hell do you think you are to tell anyone they can or can not identify as a working mom? That is actually part of to the mommy war problem.
Also, kindly point me to where anyone slammed daycare. Not using daycare isn't slamming it.
Honest question - what is the "rep of this board?" I don't frequent many other boards, so I didn't realize this board had a reputation! Is it discussed on other boards!?
