Lucas just unloaded on his changing pad while we were getting him ready for bed. It was maybe the biggest poop we've seen from him, and all in a neat pile on a blanket (we always keep a double layer of blankets on the changing pad for this very reason) so we weighed it, being sure to zero out the scale with an identical blanket.
It weighed 7oz.! SEVEN OUNCES. That's almost a half pound of poop, from a kid who only weighs 18lb.
If I did the math correctly, that's equivalent to a 150lb adult making a poop that weighs 3lb10oz.

This kid may not have a lot of bowel, but he has plenty of guts! DS born at 34 weeks with (surprise!) gastroschisis turned short bowel syndrome. 131 days in the NICU, 7 trips to the OR, G-button, daily TPN....
We are impatiently awaiting the day we can say goodbye to his girlfriend Ivy for good.
OMG I'm literally LOLing that you weighed the poop. Amazing. )

DH finally got the tv mounted to the wall. Remeber that project that he started on Memorial Day weekend! Yep a whole month of my living tore apart because of this television.
I have to AW my DH. I was complaining about him this morning but he redeemed himself. He shampooed our carpets and cleaned the house while I was at work today.
@somerandomchick has Ros had guacamole? Yesterday Elizabeth had guacamole in her hair because she was licking the plate, she was so excited.
Luke won't eat straight avocado but he loves guac too. Or at least he used to - we haven't tried it in a little while, I imagine it's on the yucky list with everything else now

@Eaglewife It could be premature ventricular contractions. I get those sometimes and it feels like my heart is fluttering. I once heard that you could cough to make it stop, but I have found this to be unsuccessful. Sorry for the long delay in responding... I never check my notifications since I'm almost always mobile
Aw, thanks @lwrightenator! No worries! how's that little 2.0 coming along?
