  @mireland23, I dropped an earring in the toilet after I peed when I was like 8, and my grandmom told me to reach in and get it since "urine is sterile."

  My H was nice enough to rig up a wire coat hanger to fish it out. It is currently soaking in cleaner, not yet sure how long it will take to be clean enough to wear.
