Yes our board did that. I was one of the first on here and it was obnoxious. When I joined I was greeted by Berry and VineyardMel. Original M14s right there.

Update on my boss: He is still alive. Lost most of his left leg below the knee. They woke him up and he was able to respond to his parents and family before going in for his surgery. He's doing really well (but obviously still in very critical condition). We are hopeful for him to pull through but I don't know his chances for now (it was 40% chance. it might be 50/50 now?)

Now for happy news: I've got my 10 year HS reunion tonight and I plan to knock their socks off! It's at a bowling alley/club/bar place. I picked out two new dresses and will be trying them on when I get home. Wish me luck and I'll post a poll for everyone to help me get dressed since I'm an attention whore.

She wasn't worried about overheating. She said as long as he is peeing we are good.

I'm a HS English teacher and just heard that one of my past students just had her daughter at 24 weeks, 2 days. Sweet girl is 1 lb, 8 oz. Hoping she keeps fighting.

I'm almost 400 posts behind sooo I'm just going to pick up here. Now that I'm back at work I have no time to bump. I've been so busy I'm over 100% productive each day (billing more units per patient than hrs I'm in the building because of group therapy). I miss catching up with everything! :-/

I said "what the actual fuck" in my dream last night. I think because someone here was talking about saying it to a friend too.
Also LO slept through major fireworks two doors down at 2 am. DH and I did not. Then we stupidly stayed for the ensuing police visit and drama. It was the most excitement we had all week.

@bennieangel‌ For a week or so, make mommy and me plans right when DH gets home. He'll be sad and want in on it rather quickly and if he gets upset just tell him that it seemed like he needed space. My 2 cents anyways

This has worked for us before. DH gets irritated that I'm taking the baby away so I tell him he wasn't paying attention to us anyway so I didn't think he would mind. To him, being in the same part of the house is spending time together. It didn't occur to him that I needed some active attention.

Its what I had to do for myself pre-baby, I'd just make whenever he got home gym time. He finally negotiated going to the gym together (we don't work out together though) and dinner together afterwards. Sometimes they don't know what you want and trying to explain it only makes it worse. Thus you just make DH miss you instead

Do any of y'all with babies with sensitive tummies use Gerber Soothe? We were on Gerber Gentle and he got really sick. Switched to Enfamil Gentleease and he did great. Now since we are getting his formula covered we have to switch to Gerber brands. I'm nervous. My pedi told me Gerber Soothe is the equivalent so wrote the prescription for that. We think he has reflux and is lactose intolerant. I'm going to switch when the Enfamil runs out.

I think @amdecker1016‌ uses gerber. Just dont know which one.

I've used both. Gentle and soothe.
She didn't really notice the switch. From one to the other. I did notice her not crying as much on the soothe. Hope it works out!

I like it. Gives recipes from 6mo two years i think.

Its more organic lifestyle eating while making baby food.

Guise...I'm visiting my in laws. When BIL's wife saw J she ran out of the room. MIL tells us later that she just had a miscarriage last week at 10 weeks pregnant. They've been trying for a second baby for years. Any etiquette advice besides hiding in the guest room with LO? That's all I've come up with so far.

Thanks all. Both of our families are in from out of town. It's been planned for a while so there's no avoiding seeing each other. She's ok now after she took some time to compose herself but she's still not looking at J much. I can't imagine how hard this must be for her. I will try to avoid complaining about the little irritations. That seems like rubbing salt in a wound.

Hi ladies! Just popping in.

It was a big day here. A rolled for the first time, yay!

Then went bathing suit shopping and to a pool party. Thanks @amholley1‌ for the suit advice, success at Walmart.

Then MH got home after 10 days. And I got laid. Without any contraceptive. We got done and I say, so maybe that was a bad idea. His response, I guess we will know in a month. Ahhhhh!

(Not really a month, just how he phrased it)

DH has to work, unexpectedly, today.

That means I have another 10 hours of awake time alone with one (or maybe two) cranky boy(s).

I EBF, have not had a ppp, am not on BCP and am allergic to latex, so no condoms. (Yes, I know there are non-latex available)

We are STILL waiting for DH's consultation...
