I'm like in tears...you ladies are sooo brave! I've struggled with weight and body image my whole life. The only time I really liked my body was when I was pregnant. I'm not at all happy with where I'm at 4 1/2 months PP. I just feel fat. All of you look AMAZING!!!!

You ladies all look amazing! I don't post pics on here, but I'm not sure I could anyway.... I'm really not there yet with how I feel about my body. I am the first of all my friends, so they are not really in a place to understand yet. They are not mean, just not understanding..... I will get there I'm sure. I go out with LO allllll the time so it's not serious, just won't be in a bathing suit any time soon, or tight fitting tops. Seeing you ladies has helped me enormously. I'm very similar to a lot of you guys which gives me more confidence. It's difficult not being around any other mums and only slim ladies with perfect tight tums.

Also, I LOVE the pic someone posted about how you are a tiger and earnt every stripe (stretch mark) - I feel this couldn't be truer and will wear mine with pride! It helps that I have a husband who still finds me attractive thank goodness

I'm at least a month further out than most of you and he didn't fully cook, but I wanted to share just to show how crooked I am. See how my linea negra dips way to the left? If you saw me from the side that side has a definitive pooch whereas the other side looks flat because it has been pulled taut. It's so odd. This picture also is oddly more flattering than in person so don't think I have a flat stomach like it appears.

Have the csection overhang too! But I wear my scar with pride! Everyone looks great! Way to celebrate our beautiful bodies!

Everyone looks great! My bruise looks horrible and extends all the way down to my lady parts! Which hurt like hell also, this is worse than having a baby.

I'm going to say it again: I love this thread. You ladies look amazing. Seeing all of you share your pics, despite your insecurities, makes me feel better about my own body and less insecure. Maybe I'll never look like I did when I was 18 ever again, but I have two beautiful babies and tiger stripes to prove it.

I needed this thread, thank you! My stepdaughters have made some comments that have made me feel like crap so it's nice to feel supported. I know they're kids but still hurt. The 8yr old keeps asking when I'm going to get skinny again and the 11yr old laughed when I had DH's shirt on and makes a comment of how they use to be HUGE on me but now they fit me and how I use to be tiny and now I'm not :-/

Sorry for the vent. You all look so beautiful!!!!!

I am completely smitten with this thread - I have been checking it all day from work and it is very empowering and positive. I want to participate! In my time on TB (through 2 pregnancies and babies) I've never posted a picture of anything, me or my kids, but this makes me want to. Perhaps I will do a brief intro (many months late) and then figure out how to put my PP body up here on the interwebs.

You all look fierce and powerful. And those bodies made some beautiful babies

This is the second time I'm saying this, but honestly, you M14 ladies are amazing and beautiful and so supportive. I've been feeling awful since I can't fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes yet (9w pp) and wearing the same two yoga pants is getting annoying and I'm kind of dreading the warmer weather since I can't fit into any of my shorts, skirts, or dresses... but thanks for reminding me that we just had wonderful babies and they were worth it!

@Laura8388 full term or not, you made Ryker and your body has changed in some way. This is about reminding each other how beautiful that is! I don't care if you carried to 26 weeks or 45, a post partum body is a lovely thing.

My turn and can I say that I love my linea nigra?

I remember thinking last fall "I hope I don't get that weird dark line..."

When I look at it now I always smile! It reminds me of how powerful my body is. I created, protected and nurtured a beautiful little life-we all did and it's amazing!

I'm so happy you made this thread. A few weeks ago I was told I still look like I have another one in there by my grandmother. My linea negra is still there and my tummy is very dark compared to the rest of my body (I'm African american). I only have a few shirts I can still fit since I have boobs now lol! love this thread and you ladies look awesome!!! I love my pp body! Maybe one day I'll share why but I'm not sure many people here would understand what I've been through.

As promised, 12 weeks pp with twins. Not pictured, crazy amount of stretch marks on my inner thighs that go all the way to where my knees bend. Oh well, if that's what it took to grow my healthy boys it's fine with me. Also, my belly button is still an outie (used to be an innie), not sure if it's going to stay that way

I love this thread ! I went back to work Tuesday and I've been so swamped getting into a new routine .so I'm playing TB catch up ! I'm super self conscience about my body and always have been . I struggled with a eating disorder in highschool , so embracing my new body has been an adjustment . I love the end result though and wouldn't change it for the world ! All you ladies are absolutely gorgeous !! This is my 11 week PP bod !

Being 6'1 has always been a struggle for me,growing up being teased was rough to say the least. The only time I have liked my height was when I was carrying my babies.

First off, you all look great and I truly admire your bravery for posting these pics! I have been in this thread about 10 times now trying to get up the courage to post a picture. Pre-pregnancy (even after my first) I was really fit. I've never been 'skinny' but I was in awesome shape and really worked for it. I lost the weight last time very quickly and have been feeling really bad about myself this time because regardless of how hard I'm working and how well I'm eating, it isn't coming off. So...here goes..this was 10 weeks pp. thank you ladies for giving me the courage to put it out there. And please excuse the mess!

This thread reminded me that this body made my Emma and I should love it. I've always been on the fluffy side. Now I'm running off to American Eagle to replace my size 10 shorts with 16s. Might as well embrace it, right?
