November 19 Due Date Buddies?

I was wondering if anyone else is due that day too and how your pregnancy is going? What do you feel like you are having? What are your birth plans? How many other kids do you have? Anything else you wanna share?

  • I'm due November 9, so I guess you don't care about how my pregnancy is going or my birth plan :((

Awh i do, i just want to know who has the same due date :)

JW why you care since women rarely give birth on their EDD... the "estimated" is there for a reason...
Because its fun! Its neat to know who waS given this approximated birth date that matches yours, who may have gotten pregnant the same day as you, and to see if you deliver on the same day at all or if your symptoms match up around the same time :) i know its just estimated but its still neat to me

  • Give me a break guys, i don't do pointless drama, and I've only even been on the forum for a week and read maybe 20 posts tops lol. Why does anyone seriously feel the need to start attacking other women for asking a question? We should all be working on unity love and respect as women all in the same boat especially, not drama which is why most women can't stand other women :/ yikes guys, you are ALL better than this.

We have been tracking ladies on the board on a spreadsheet (women post their info in the Nov '14 spreadsheet post at the top of the board. It is sorted by due date so that is probably the best way to figure out who might share your due date. Here is a direct link to the spreadsheet:

Oo thank you! I wasnt aware :)

  • @AnnieRoo13 I am also due November 9th...so I care especially for you :) but all the others as well

  • True. But if you had bothered to read any of the other 100 posts like this you would know how this was going to go :)

I haven't seen any other posts like this yet :S I've only been on here to look at the forum 4 times, i don't generally have time to go through a ton of posts esp to search for what silly things make people get all riled up. Just to participate in fun posts answer or ask questions :)

I really wish you realized she just suffered a major loss and didn't have a due date change

    QFP

Thank you :) have a feeling this will be a dd.

and to the OP. We are all due within weeks of each other, we are all going through the same things. Do you really need to know if someone possibly conceived on the same exact day as you? These threads are ridiculous and redundant, and I can guarantee you it will end up the same way the other threads like this did. Honestly if you want to connect with someone due at the same time as you, check out the spreadsheet DoubleUp8 posted and the sticky thread at the top of the BMB and PM those due on the 19th. Don't clog up the board because you're too lazy to simply search out those due at the same time as you, especially since the resources are there.

Like i said, i didn't know, haven't been on here very long, just learning things. If i could delete the post for every ones benefit, i would just so it could give everyone peace... But i cannot lol so why keep it going?

The thing is, this is pretty much the point of the birth month boards; you can find people who are due around the same approximate time as you, who will possibly have the same symptoms around the same time, etc. Narrowing it down to one specific day is really limiting.

Never actually thought of it like that, you have a very valid point!

The problem with that is, you have no idea what is going on with the woman who have been here from day one. For example. You just told a woman who just lost her baby, due to a fatal diagnosis, that it was ok she wasn't due on the 19th anymore, that your due date changed too. If you had bothered AT ALL to get to know the women on this board you would have realized that. Instead you come off as a AW, who really does not care what the rest of us may be going through. It is insensitive, and rude.

I'm terribly sorry to have offended! If i had more time for a forum in my day to day life, i probably would have taken more time to find things out like that. And I'm deeply sorry that i didn't know that, but how could i be expected to? How could anyone who doesn't know the person or the forum? D: my heart bleeds for her and i couldn't apologize enough for the insensitivity that it seemed i have shown her that wad never my intention. I owe her a piece ofmy heart.

@Sunshinehippymama‌ - Here's a tip, not only for here but for all internet forums: Lurk before you post! Get an idea what the culture is like & who the people are.

Thank you for the advice, i will indeed take it to heart and learn you ladies before i post again. I kinda figured that all pregnancy forums are basically the same as the one i originated in 4 years ago when ttc, but that assumption had left me looking foolish, and i deeply apologize to those who i have harmed :(

@Sunshinehippymama‌ we are saying we DO expect this of you and anybody else that is new. Especially considering it has been mentioned and is currently being mentioned in boards from today and yesterday. That might seem harsh but it prevents incidents like this. If you have some time before bed, take some time to look around our BMB. You will get the idea.

I will take time and learn your ways :)
