As a figure competitor I typically prefer a high protein diet. Now I cannot stomach hardly any protein (with the exception of eggs..totally having an egg sandwich tomorrow!) and am mostly craving carbs, especially potatoes and grits.
I am hungry all time time!! Daily I think I want a McDonalds bacon egg and cheese biscuit, but I know that I really just want the sodium and that I really won't like the taste. Otherwise I can't get enough of spinach salad with dried cherries, feta, chicken and a balsamic vinaigrette.
The thought of an egg salad sandwich sounds awesome but the thought of having to smell hard boiled eggs makes me queasy. But the end product...sigh. What to do?

I've been obsessively drinking the pickle juice out of the jar. Lol
LOL my sister did that when she was pregnant. She even drank it out of a wine glass just because that is what she wanted to do!
The title of this thread made me nauseous and just about everything in it. Ugh, this girl is sticking to ice. Its about the only thing that helps. And when I think of something that sounds good and might sit well I better eat it fast because that feeling of being able to eat only lasts about 15 minutes.
So after my guacamole comment yesterday I decided that's what I wanted for dinner (paired with salmon and a caesar salad made with baby kale so can't be all that bad right?). Poor H drove to three separate grocery stores looking for it, because my phone was in my purse and I couldn't hear it.That's love... it was delicious.
