DH's OT was huge for last week and will be the same for this...i am looking for new shoes for the wedding.

I'm getting stuff to lighten my hair since it's been so long and it is growing in so dark.

I'm maid of honor/bridesmaid (there are only 2 of us, and I'm supposed to take charge) in a wedding next March. I have no idea what I am supposed to be doing, or when to do it. I've never been in a wedding, and haven't been to one since I was about 10. What do I do?!

Sorry, lady. C has been a mess, too. She now takes 10-15 minutes of me literally wrestling her to get in the car, both in the morning and afternoon. It is AWFUL. And generally just a whiny mess. Hang in there!

Traycen has been a nightmare the past week or so. Could it be a wonder week? Do they still have those at this age?

Driving home after work yesterday, there was a work truck in the lane beside me about a car length ahead. All of a sudden shit started flying off the back of the truck into my brand new car. I have huge gashes in my bumper and it scraped my mirror and down the side of my car. It was a local pool company that has been in business for probably 50 years or more. I called the number, gave the truck number and they were extremely nice about it. She offered the insurance information, and I told her to e-mail it to me since I was driving. How long should I wait to receive it before I call? Today at noon? I thought she was going to send it yesterday...

I'm so tired right now. I've been sick since Sunday with a really bad cough, cold, green phlegm (sorry TMI) I had to go to the Dr and they prescribed Rhinocort, which has a small amount of steroid in it. It's pretty much the only thing I can take besides Robitussin and cough drops. I had the bright idea that taking it at 1 am would be a good idea. I was up from 3am-5:30 coughing non-stop, I assume because of the localized steroid that's in it.

I've been having to wrestle Hannah into the car also when I pick her up from daycare. She'll wait until I have the chest clip buckled, and then thrust up with her legs, pushing her body down, and essentially hanging herself from her car seat straps.

It's fun.

Ha. Not funny, but Ethan does the same. I clip the bottom part first, then piece together the chest straps.. Then he's trapped

LMAO, I didn't go with the Julia Stiles bc the hairdresser thought my hair texture was just too far off of hers, and I opted to stay dark. I'd definitely call by noon. That totally sucks! I hope they work with you easily to get it fixed.

I woke up with a terrible headache from clenching my jaw all night. I'm hoping some migraine medicine will do the trick. It's raining which usually means a slow day at work. I hope it works.

We've been a little extra whiny around here as well. At this age it could be anything (since I don't think it's teething for us). I'm starting to have flashbacks of this stage with DS1. Whenever anything isn't exactly like they expect it to be, they can be quite whiny/feisty.

Today is beyond busy after work and on my lunch I have a million and one errands to run.

We purchased a new carseat for DH's car and I hate it so it's going back. Now I'm ordering from Amazon. I've gotten so spoiled with the 2 day shipping. Whenever I order from somewhere else and it's slower I get so annoyed.

My Sperry Top Siders came and they are adorable, just not on my feet. Not comfy at all. I'm so sad I have to return them.

@dimples12‌ it's possible you could be showing already! I had people rubbing my belly at 6 weeks (which was awkward because they were just rubbing fat and bloat) and asking if I was pregnant, I looked around 16 weeks at that point. It started to even out around second tri when the bloat went down.

I have a Wednesday thought that I'm going to post today. I was asked yesterday at the park if I wanted information on Herbalife for weight loss. I politely told the lady that I was almost 5 months pregnant and her response? "oh that's ok, you can still take it". WTF. Not only is it rude to presume someone wants your crap for weight loss, how about I'm pregnant and not just fat biatch??

I had someone come up to me in Starbucks once and offer it to me. It's just rude in general. I'm not fat and I know that, but it certainly made me feel like shit. Also, telling pregnant women that it's alright to take something like that is so not ok.

I've been having Lily help with the chest clip and that's eliminated the struggle we were having when leaving daycare. I just line it up for her and she pushes it together. Maybe that's worth a try?

My SIL called me last night and cried for almost an hour. She has PPD something fierce and her wacko doctor has her convinced that Vitamin D will help her because otherwise she'll have to stop BF because of drug interactions. I snapped at her and told her that's wrong and she should be getting a 2nd opinion.

Not to mention she thinks her baby has refulx because she throws up all the time. She's had a prescription for baby Zantac and it doesn't do anything. Then she told me she feeds her 6oz per feeding. Uh....your baby is only 6wks old. That's too much food. No wonder she's throwing up! Babies are like goldfish...they'll just keep eating until they throw up! She has some nonsense in her head that she has to be Supermom and do everything right and have this perfect baby. I keep telling her that no one cares except her and that life with a NB is not in the least bit exciting. It's about survival.
