I'm trying to skim through past all the bugs! ugh! My cousin have cave crickets in his garage once & they were god awful!

My boss never conferenced me into our weekly video chat meeting b/c he thought I was still out. I've been back at work since yesterday. Awesome.

MH was being jerky yesterday, but he txted me saying he was picking up KFC for dinner, which I mentioned I wanted the other day, so I guess I will forgive him.

I am still procrastinating calling Comcast b/c I hate them so much & am tired of dealing with their screw ups on our account over the past 4 months.

I was just thinking this myself yesterday. I stopped shopping at VS when I realized none of their bras fit me, yet I still have a CC with far too much credit available.

IDK, I get both so I'm not sure which one actually sends that deal, but every month I get a free underwear, $10 off a bra, and usually a spend $75 get something.

I get those coupons often, but not every month. I also don't EVER go to the mall, so I don't turn them in. I really hate the mall.

OMG.  I'm on the phone with a perspective nursing student who has 3 battery charges and 2 restraining orders on her record and she's mad that she will probably be denied clinical placement because she already paid her application fee.  She had a lot of trouble with her ex husband and beat up his girlfriend "a few times."  I explain during their orientations that charges clinical sites typically deny for are battery, fraud, and theft.  Pretty standard in the nursing arena.  And let's keep in mind this is a state thing, not a school specific thing.

This is easily the strangest call I've ever gotten at work.

I'm pretty sure another little girl in DD's class was wearing her headband this morning. Pretty much every day, DD removes whatever adorable barrettes, ponytail holders or headband I put on the little hair she has, and they don't always make it home the same day. I would brush it off as coincidence, but I ordered it from etsy so it's not as common as some of what's out there. I'll have to check when we get home to see if it's in her box of hair bows. But my question is, as a parent, wouldn't you realize if another kid's headband got sent home with your child? And wouldn't you give it back to the teacher rather than put it on your kid's head? So weird.

Yes and yes. I have gotten things home before. It did take me a day or two to realize it wasn't hers, but I return when I do notice. The parents usually have a good laugh about it.

L's Phillies coat went home with another kid a couple weeks ago. The dad returned it saying they weren't Philly fans - blech! haha

When Maya was younger her hairbows would come out at school often.  Sometimes we got them back, sometimes not.  We did get another girl's once or twice.  I would always send them back.  If it's a distinctive headband though, that's kind of weird that they didn't notice.

So uh, last time MIL babysat she bragged to me that LO ate "a whole quart!" of blueberries.  Getting her to eat is hit or miss, but yah, I could get her to eat fruit all day long.  That's not the problem.  The poor girl took 6 shits the next day and had diaper rash for the next 2.


Today.................. a whole mango AND two cups of mandarin oranges.  :-O

She needs to fucking stop that shit.  She watches W once a week, and because of that W has a chapped ass for 3 days every week.

Flip flops hurt my feet. I haven't found any that dont. ON are the worst. I used to be fine In them. Not anymore.

I just told G how much I want to yell at her. Better than yelling right?

I haven't tried any of those, so I can't compare...but my rainbows have always been kind to my feet and I love how they just mold to the shape of my foot after they're worn in!
