Now you've got my taste bud's attention. I love the Papa John's cinnapie. I eat as much of it as I can while it's fresh, then the rest makes a great breakfast, almost like cinnabons. I think I'll have to have DH pick up pizza for us tonight (because stupid Papa John's is just a mile away, but across the city border, so they won't deliver to us.)

According to TB we are at a head of lettuce this week, but are a rutabaga next week. Isn't a rutabaga smaller than a head of lettuce? So I am calling total BS on this "your baby is a size of this fruit or vegetable" thing.

As to food...I am trying to pinch pennies and pack my lunch and whatnot, but now all I can think about it stopping at Steak and Shake on my way home.

So I used to be obsessed with those cheap ass Grandma's cookies from the grocery store (peanut butter only), and they have them in the vending machine at work. I buy them all the time and they are slowly starting to lose their appeal. What will I eat between lunch and afternoon snack now?

Frosty's are slightly melted soft serve in my opinion. They do not satisfy a milkshake craving for me. (This is the most important conversation I've been in all day.)

I hate all fast food 'milkshakes', none of them are real milkshakes, they're just melted soft serve. Real milkshakes were ice cream in the very recent past. I do enjoy Culver's shakes, however, but they were recently custard, so it's ok.

@BlckRoses my favorite thing is to go to Bob's Big Boy and get a strawberry milkshake. They use real strawberry ice cream and then put MORE fresh strawberries in there and top it with whipped cream and it's so thick you can't even drink it out of a straw. You have to use a spoon.

Holy shit I want to go get one of these right now.

Something I really need to talk about is the candy shop my husband and I went to this past weekend.

We spent $40 on gummies and chocolate. We both have a really bad sweet tooth, but I can't even explain how glorious this place was. It was full on like being in Honeydukes in Harry Potter, or some magical Disney place. Each room is devoted to a different type of sweet and each room has a lovely bubbly young woman who works in it and knows everything about each sweet. THERE ARE NO LIMITS ON THE AMOUNT OF SAMPLES YOU CAN TRY. Seriously. I was in the gummy room and she let me try like eight different types of gummy bears. They make them with real fruit juice, so for example, the grapefruit gummy bear tasted exactly like biting into a fresh piece of grapefruit, but in delectable soft gummy form. We went into the chocolate room (chocolate bars from all over the world!) and they let me try dark chocolate sea salt caramels. We went into the truffle room and got the most amazing champagne truffles. I just can't even explain, I have zero regrets about spending $40 on three chocolate bars, a bag of gummies and two truffles, even with a baby on the way!!

For my SoCal ladies it's at the Glendale Galleria!!
