My last day will be June 3rd and I'm due June 8th. I work 2 days/week ( 12 shifts) so technically I'm working a "full" week ( Sun. June 1st and Tues. June 3rd)& the start of the following week is my due date
My husband thinks I'm crazy as 12hrs on my feet is a lot as an RN; but I figure I can suck it up in order to maximize my FMLA leave with baby

I had planned on working until around now, about 2 weeks before my due date then I was quitting completely. But, the store I was managing closed at the end of February & we decided it wasn't worth me trying to find anything else for a couple months. So, I haven't been working since then!
I have placenta previa and am scheduled for a Monday c-section on June 16 (hoping he makes it that far!). I have an appointment the Friday before but the hospital is 130 miles away so I'm working up until Friday and taking Friday off. Wish I could start my time off sooner but we don't get paid leave outside of our own saved up time off. I wish I could start my leave now!!!
38 weeks tomorrow. I work at two locations. One being an hour and half away from work and doctor, at a Plant. The other, main office, only 15 to 30 mins from home and doctors. I told them that today will be my last day working from the further location. I do not want to drive all that way while having contractions if I feel the need to leave. Plus getting up at 4am to work a 10 Hour day is getting hard. Not good for my body and I am sure not baby. Headache all day and very large feet!
(Main office I can come and go as I please and only 8 hour days. Both are sitting at a desk all day.)
Boss wants me to stay at the main office as long as possible because he is so busy and any extra help is great.
I will be quiting after baby. This is why I would like to stay as long as I can too.
I was offered to work from home part time last week. I told them yes, but waiting to hear for approval.
Friday is my last day of work, at 38w2d. That's only because Monday is Memorial Day, and I'm being induced by next Wednesday. No sense in working Tuesday, per my boss. I'm very happy with this plan, and hope to go into natural labor this week or the weekend.
I have two weeks of sick leave available and the HR rep said it's entirely appropriate to use sick leave prior to delivery. So that's my plan! Just not sure how exactly that works if LO is late... :-$
I wanted to work til two weeks before due date, but docs want me resting starting at 36 weeks so my last day is Friday! I am looking forward to it and hope I am not too bored!
Thanks for all the responses ladies, you are all amazing. I really need to stop my bitching because I have a job and it is one that doesn't require me to be on my feet all day. It is time to suck it up and work.
I'm working to about 38.5 weeks. My last day is 10 days before my due date. We've had a long weekend here (Canada) and two of those days I spent all by myself and bored out of my mind so... hopefully those 10 days go by fast! I think I need a list of things to occupy myself with so I don't just end up watching a lot of TV...

Working up to delivery but I've gone on reduced schedule already for the sake of my sanity. So far I've gone from 50 to 40 hours per week and will cut more as needed using some of my FMLA.
I voted SS but could have put 3 weeks, really. Up until last week (34w) I had planned on working until I went into llabor. But it's gotten increasingly harder and my pain/shortness of breath has gotten increasingly worse so I mentioned it to my doctor and he's putting me out as of May 30th, which is 36w2d.
I just transferred from out of state to set up a brand new store, which involves working 12 hour shifts for 2 weeks straight. Our planned opening in June 2nd, my due date is June 4th. We'll see if I make it until grand opening!
The plan was to work right up until delivery, but my little lady has been trying to come for many weeks! So I've been off work since 28 weeks...on the upside I am home and only on mod bed rest so I've been able to get a lot done!!

I was planning to work up until a few days before, but I live in PA and work in VA and don't want to be on the news delivering the baby on I-270
Holy what a commute - I lived in DC/MD/VA for a while and I can't stand 270. You rock for making that commute!
I plan to work through June 6th. My due date is the 9th and with DD I was literally in labor at work and they sent me home. I don't mind having a few days off earlier this time if he goes past his due date. I plan to spend some time with DD or if I go stir crazy, I will come into work for a few hours that next week. My boss is great.
Looking to go to 39+2. I travel to different sites, and do home visits occassionally, and it's getting harder and harder to get around right now. I can walk about 5 blocks before my back cramps up, and even standing to wait for the bus or train is harder. I get home completely wiped out, and spend my time mentally planning on doing chores because physically doing chores feels impossible.
My EDD is June 24 and I'm planning to work until June 20 which is the Friday before. My commute is very short (less than 15 minutes) and I work about a mile from the hospital where I'm delivering so I should be good in case I have to rush. Right now I feel like I can do it but I'll see how I feel in two weeks, fortunately my boss is very understanding.
I was planning on working until delivery, but I'm a surgeon and had a couple scares where I nearly passed out while doing surgery (I suddenly get really short of breath, then light headed and pass out). We decided it wasn't safe for me to be operating anymore so I've gone off work much earlier then expected (6 weeks early).
Thankfully I'm in Canada and we have wonderful maternity coverage, so I will still be able to take my planned 4-7 months off after baby arrives (with some salary replacement).
