I'm amazed that I remembered what day of the week it was.

My FFFC: I've been back in my pre-pregnancy jeans since 10 days PP. Yeah my muffin top is more of a rustic farmhouse loaf, but haters gonna hate!

Um I hate you because you can button your pre pregnancy pants, I tried mine on can get them up but no way can I button them, I am still 20 pds away from my pre preg weight, looks like I will be doing a lot of dress wearing this summer. ETA because typing while wearing breast pump is hard

@Jennyinheaven‌ - they're technically my fat pants, but they're my pre-preg fat pants and that's all that matters. Overhang is not attractive though, but my mat pants are too big. Catch 22.

I lost 16 of my 33 pounds, but I'm 3 weeks PP and pretty sure I'm gonna have to work the rest off. Lame.

FFFC: They booked my induction for May 19th yesterday. The first thing I did when I got home was look up famous people with the same birthday. Because you know, that matters.

I just had my 3rd bowel movement post c-section. First two went down easy ( I had mostly stuck to a liquid & fruit diet) so I started eating normally again. 3rd poop, not so much. It was super hard and got stuck half in, half out. I had to manually disimpact. Washed My hands for 10min and they still smell like poop, yuck.

My C-section is scheduled for tomorrow morning and my DH and I still can't agree on a name for our baby,

My FFFC is I think I am becoming an EP with formula supplement at 3 and half weeks PP, I just can't deal. I feel bad because I spent $ on a breast friend, bought nursing tanks,/bras and had my mom sew me a cover. Baby just won't latch right I can't fix it I tried and I need to sleep once in awhile.

My FFFC: I get irrationally annoyed when people due after me have their babies or announce their scheduled induction dates or C-sections that are before my due date. Apparently in my pregnant brain, we should all line up and have our babies in order, on our due dates! lol.

FTR, I don't think there's anything wrong with going that route. I'm just curious if you have access to or tried a lactation consultant? They can do wonders.

Hmm, I'm curious to know what size these "fat pants" are? Might be hurtful to some people who are bigger than that size to hear them called "fat pants". Just saying...

I had a crown break last week and starting crying at the dentist, because I'm afraid of going to the hospital with a temporary crown that might fall off. So now my dentist, who has two small kids at home, is coming in on Saturday just for me. I could have insisted that I can wait until Monday ... but I didn't.

Also instead of reading baby-care books I am rereading the novel that inspired our baby name. I read it once 10 years ago, I want to make sure it's still the book I want to name our daughter after.

I've got the baby beetus and therefore will be induced next week. I'm worried about having a freakishly long labor, so I would rather go into labor naturally.

My FFFC, my pregnant friend who isn't due until June 14th, keeps telling me how she wants her baby out right now. I mean to the point where I think she thinks it's a competition. She keeps saying she's jealous and also wants to get induced soon. She's getting cervical checks every week, and always updates me that she hasn't made progress. She just sent me an e-mail saying she's hoping for a c-section soon. You're baby is not due for a while, leave it be! I know we're uncomfortable, but jeez woman!

Yeah I have been to see four different consultants, through the hospital and through pediatrician and joined a lactation meeting group. They all just keep saying that I am doing things correctly and to keep working with her....I just can't deal with the in the mean time sleep deprivation, baby hunger cries etc...So much more peaceful to pump and feed

I'm not going to share that info. There are people here who are bigger and smaller than me and nobody needs to know the size on a label. All that matters to me is that I have jeans that fit and I'm happy about it. Nobody here knows about my body issues because I haven't discussed them. I didn't realise you had to have a certain number on the label to be allowed to feel self conscious.

I just ugly cried at the doctors office when the nurse asked me if I was nervous or anxious about being induced on Sunday. Im both. Then the doctor tells me she's moving it to tomorrow due to low amniotic fluid and I cried again.

@Jennyinheaven‌ don't feel bad! You do what you have to. I have even considered throwing a formula bottle in the mix just because I am so tired. I was thinking that as DD got a little bigger she would nurse less, but no. Still every 1-2 hours. So exhausting.

Oh my god me too!!!!!!!!!!!! This happened with my DS too! My friend went at 37 weeks, which was after my due date, her second child is 37 weeks on the 19th, I may cry if she has her child before me again

Long story short, DH dropped my iPad on my face and broke a large part of my front top tooth off on a Friday night. I did the same thing and made sure I got in on Saturday morning. Teeth are important, and we're about to have babies. Ain't nobody got time for that!

Also, curious about the name/book I'm a book nerd and love literary inspired names (like my Rhett).

My FFFC: Yesterday at my 40 week app, my OB offered to induce me today because I looked uncomfortable. I said no because mentally I wasn't prepared and I still feel like LO will come on his/her own. I'm a 3 now and today I'm regretting my choice because I want LO here NOW!

@kramja01 - I feel you on that - its not fair that people who are 37,38, 39 weeks get to meet their LO before I do and I was due yesterday!

@Jennyinheaven‌ it demonstrates seriously unsafe misuse of the car seat. Straps are too loose and falling off the shoulders, the chest buckle is down on the belly and the baby is forward facing way too soon. Cue eye twitch. Why choose that as the image for your ad?

Eta: looking again, it might be rf. but the other stuff is still way unsafe. I can't really see enough of the car to tell if it's ff or rf.

It's about three generations of women, who have names that are loosely associated with "light" - Clara, Blanca, and Alba (Dawn). We are going for some variant of Lucy (Lucia, Lucille, etc), which also means light. Yes I like the idea of giving her a name with a story behind it, something she can read when she is older. Rhett is a very charming name btw!

And my dentist's office called, lab is delayed in sending my new crown so we are put off until Monday anyhow. I guess I've played the pregnancy card a little too often and God is onto me.

And I gotta say, H would have one sore wife if he broke my front tooth like that.

I'm a bitch. My SIL3 wasn't due until June and had an emergency c-section due to baby being in distress and now her LO is in the NICU. I ugly cried at work not because of the sadness of it all but rather that I was still pregnant and didn't have mine first. I've been going around telling my DH that I hope she likes her fupa and that she's a fat moo-cow.

(Part jealousy because I want this baby out now! but also I'm annoyed at the way she has acted her entire pregnancy...b itching how nauseous she's been, how bad her heart burn is, how tired she is, etc all the while she's gotten to lay up like the fat moo-cow that she is (she quit her job because the girls there made fun of her makeup and clothes supposedly).)

Clara was our girl name. I love the meaning and love the name Lucy!

Looking at the style of the straps and car manufacturer, it looks like the photo might be from a European advertisement. I agree that it isn't as safe as what we are used to, but it may very well have been legal where it was photographed.

3 weeks is when I decided to pump and FF instead of BF too. Best decision ever for us. DS was happy and finally gaining weight, I was happy and felt like the pressure had been taken off me and my body, and my nursing pillow still came in handy for tummy time and propping DS up on the couch next to me. And the nursing tanks and bras were great for pumping. I wore them the whole time I pumped. I could just pop the panels down, put on my hands-free pump bra, and then be free to care for DS. Worked great!
