We do floor tummy time like once a week.

We just returned to tummy time on Tuesday. He's still on target despite no tummy time and his therapist said he was still getting the muscle control by me carrying him and holding him on my chest.

We went to the in-laws house for a few days. It's a nice 2 1/2 hour drive. DH said he thought K was pooping with about an hour left in our trip but we didn't hear or smell anything. When we got home he carried her in in her car seat and set her down and said he thought she pooped. I put down the things I carried in and went to look and just started laughing. When DH came up I asked him if he was blind. K was kicking away in poop on her car seat!!!!

Has anyone made their own cake pops? They sound super simple just lengthy! I would have to do it when dh is home so I could actually do it all at once not over a period of a few hours

Cake pops are easier than they look! Take like two hours, if that. Once you get your cake baked and your icing to dip ready you are good to go!

I taught my 4 yo about wet willies and she really likes giving them to my husband. Especially when he is trying to pretend to be asleep in the morning trying to get us to leave the bedroom. It's my proudest achievement.

Omg @mrsdahamm‌ I want that. I'm short and toilets are always too talk for me. The ones in my house are just a smidge too tall and my H doesn't understand. It's so hard to use the restroom when your feet don't touch.

I was carrying lo in my new mesh wrap carrier around BRU and thought I was gonna pass out "/ I got really bad pain wrapping around just under my shoulder blades and under my breasts. I don't know if it's pain from the wrap (never had this happen with the moby) or if it's stomach pain radiating from taking medicine on an empty stomach.

I love catfish! We just downgraded our cable and lost mtv though.
Cake pops sound delish! I've baked a few cakes from scratch which were so yummy but it creates so many damn dirty dishes.

As expected I'm catching shit from DH about packing now. Granted I stayed in bed until 1pm, but I've been doing and folding laundry and cleaning up the kitchen all day until we went to BRU and dinner. So now I'm finishing folding laundry and trying to pack mine and the baby's stuff for a week. I asked him to take the baby so I could do it quicker but growing and selling weed (iPhone game, not real life) is way more important.

I'm drained. We've been to the doctors every week since the babies were born. F has dermoid cyst that will be removed after he turns six months. It's on his temple, so it's just cosmetic. So minor not even worth this mention.. M has transitioned out of his cast and into his Denis Brown bar shoes. It's emotionally draining. I feel like he is alway uncomfortable. To hear him wail breaks my heart. I had to take him back today to get refitted after they put the wrong size on him yesterday. I'm pissed, I asked for a certain tech per doctors orders, which where written on the sheet. A lady takes us into the room to do the fitting, I'm dealing w a crying hungry F. I never think to ask her name since the room was covered in certificates of the lady I asked for. DH is holding M and when we leave he said he wasn't comfortable with her fitting. I end up back there today, seeing the right person, who refits M is a different size. We should have double checked before we left the first time, but we were frazzled. Lesson learned. The whole thing is costing way more than we even expected. DH is stressed about money, but it is what it is. I'm trying to work from home but so far I've been able to log 3 hours this week.i also took a cupcake job for the weekend, which with hopefully help with some random cost and allow for a little bit of fun.

I am a f**king hormonal mess tonight!! I feel like everywhere I turn there's news of moms dying shortly after birth, stories of way late losses and one of my friends who just announced this past wknd miscarried this week...that return to zero movie premieres on lifetime this wknd too, definitely cannot watch that right now.. Or ever!!
I just feel so completely terrible for all of them! The moms, the families, the babies just everyone!!

I'm sitting here sobbing, practically smothering my baby girl with hugs just feeling so sad and completely helpless!! I just don't know why, why do all those sad terrible things have to happen!
I've been through it 3 times myself and never want to experience it again and just feel so bad for anyone who is forced to face such a hard thing!!
Many prayers to them all....

So, I just re-read the safety warnings on the PnP bassinet. Up to 15 lbs. M was 14 last week (yep, at 7 weeks). I planned on having him in my room longer, and can imagine my back can handle the regular PnP height. Mentioned the weight limit to H, and his first comment was "so we move the crib to our room." ❤️ Love him. Don't know why, but I thought he would lobby to move him to the nursery. So we rearrange furniture this weekend.

@TallAsh‌ Thank you!! I tried and got enough out that she no longer snorts like a little miss piggy!

But! I've got a Vicks humidifier going, an oil diffuser with On guard, lemon, MelAleuca, Breathe and Lavender oils in it, along with putting those same oils + baby Vicks on the babe's feet. She smells strong, but I'm hoping she'll sleep better tonight being able to breathe.

Congrats @bunnyfungo‌ on the house! How many square feet did you guys decide was enough for your brood??

Oh my goodness, my hip is killing me! I've always had hip issues (I used to pop them in and out of the socket when I was fussy at 6 months old!) but they are soooo much worse since the twins. It's hard to get in to see my chiro because of childcare issues, but I'm going to have to call in some favours soon or I won't be able to walk. Ibuprofen is usually my friend and it's doing nothing, boo. Okay, whine over!

While I was doing that, DS2 pooped, so I changed his diaper.
Then 2 minutes later DH gets home and goes straight to the bathroom.

I'm excited for the days when LO will start trying to crawl.
He rolled over yesterday during tummy time. Mostly because he was mad about being on his tummy, but it's a start.

I haven't participated in this thread yet, but this is so random...my LO has recently started licking everyone's clothing! Mine, MIL's, her own sleepers...anyone else's doing that? I'm sure it's just her starting to explore her world and I'm not worried about it, but it just seems so weird lol
