  Hi! I just took an exhausting exercise class and I feel like my body and my brain are dead.

  
  

  Random Q: for your first PP period, did anyone spot for a while before it slowly building up to an actual period? I've been spotting off and on since Saturday night but it's nothing more than a pantyliner can handle. I heard all of the horror stories about how bad the first one was supposed to be so I'm just not sure if this is actually it. UO: I'm actually happy that it's back  :-/

  We had a great PT session this morning too. Luke belly-crawled WITHOUT CRYING! And then proceeded to walk all the way down the hall and back with a walk-behind truck with only a little extra stability support, stopping every few feet to look around and make sure all the people were watching him be a big kid. And then he climbed 4 stairs with only a little positioning help. We'll be switching to every other week soon, too.

  131 days in the NICU, 7 trips to the OR, G-button, daily TPN....

  We are impatiently awaiting the day we can say goodbye to his girlfriend Ivy for good.

  @maryannespier my first encounter with Dr. Bronner's was in a river in Belize with about 15 other people, including two 60-ish-year-old male professors (we were all wearing swimsuits, it wasn't that kind of party....). We all discovered the magical peppermint properties around the same time, except the professors who had made the trip before and were just laughing at us. Yowza.

  Know what's weird? I see other women who probably have the same shape that I do, and I still think they look good.... But seeing it in the mirror somehow makes it not.
