Me going away in July for a few days? I am due on November with triplets. I of course will talk to the dr about this but what do you think? I will be traveling by car 3 hours away. Did your dr restrict traveling?
It really is a question for yoir MFM/OB. I had travel restrictions in place around 22wks with twins...no driving more than an hour away at that point then it was restricted to 10min car rides by 25wks. My pregnancy was uneventful till just after the midpoint.

I was the same way as you due Nov and planning travel for July and I wasn't allowed. I had to push my trip back until the first week of June and my Dr didn't even really like that but ok-ed it in the end.
With that said - sorry re-read your question. I was flying. I was put off of work at 22 weeks due to the fact that for my job I travel by car A LOT and he didn't want me doing that anymore.
I'm due end of October with twins, and we have nixed any major travel (mostly to the US for us, for insurance reasons) after mid-July for the reasons that things can change pretty quickly.
That said, I am considering whether or not it might be worth it to consider going to my family cottage (3 hours away) for a bit in early July if I'm feeling okay, and if we stop ALOT on the drive up (shouldn't be a problem, it's a fairly straight jaunt through many small towns).
I think we'll probably wait and see what the ultrasounds show closer to the date -- if my cervix is long, and there's no signs of pre-term labour yet, or anything out of the ordinary and I feel up to it, we may go up -- it would be nice to do. If not, well, that's how things go...

My doc let me travel 11 hours away at 28 weeks. I was just supposed to stop every 2 or 3 hours ( I can't remember specifically) and walk around for 5 minutes. It made the trip longer, but in a way it was a more relaxed drive. We just planned our stops around meal times and bathroom breaks. Got a lot of wired looks as I walked around rest stops and fast food parking lots.
My due date is 11/22. My dr has tenantively "ok'd" my plans to fly to Chicago this June (2.5 hr flight) but has asked me not to plan anything after the 1st of July until we see my condition at the time.
