My poor nip TMI

So... I understand skin tags are a normal thing to occurs during pregnancy... Thankfully, I only got one with DS and it went away after his birth. Oddly, same exact spot the one came back about 2-3 months ago.... BUT I found another one literally on the under part of my nipple. Kinda gross and was waiting for my next appointment to talk to my doc... This morning it's become very swollen (irritated) and is extremely painful. My appointment is a week from Monday... Do I wait? I don't really want to bump my appointment up... But I almost feel like I have a third nipple. I swear my hubby will faint if he sees it.

Kinda answered your own question! If you don't want to bump your appointment don't! But if it's bothering you that much I would just get seen just so it doesn't get worst! Some say have a third nipple is good luck so think of it that way

I'm sure your husband wouldn't notice. It's not like they sit there and analyze your breasts, they're just happy to see them at all!
And I've had several skin tags burned off at the doctor. They heal up quickly and don't really hurt at all

I have the SAME THING. My DH saw it and joked about it :P I just hope it goes away otherwise I'm going to the dermatologist as soon as LO gets here

If it's painful, I'd at least call the OB office/nurse hotline to see if they can recommend anything. Inflammation and pain can indicate infection, and they'll have more solid advice than internet strangers.
