I'm in! I need to get rid of this dang belly fat! My jeans fit but the are not comfy with all the excess. I'm thinking about doing the no sugar thing too. I have a sugar addiction and since I can't tolerate pop any more might as well keep goin with it.
Ok, so it's May 1st and although I didn't respond to the initial invite after being up all night (not LO's related) I decided to do this..... Holy shit were the leg drops hard. If like to blame it on carrying twins, and csection but I was obese and very out of shape before this. Since having the twins I'm down 43lbs, and 23lbs total before pre pregnancy! I'm finally motivated to do something about it!
Eeek, that was no joke! I thought, 10 leg drops, no big deal. I did 7 and then had to rest before doing the remaining 3. I feel good though, it's nice to get moving. I'm also doing to throw in the squat challenge. Hopefully I can keep up!
Phew- just did the muffin top and squats workouts. Ugh, leg drops are rough and I've always been bad at squats. I had to take quick rests during the squats - definitely didn't do them all steady and back to back. Looking forward to results.
Alright I did it. Honestly I wasn't going to til I started reading that you guys have already. I'm just not sure I'm doing the elbow exercise right. Am I supposed to touch my knee with my elbow, cause that's far from happening. The leg drop was no joke & laying on the floor hurts my tailbone. I guess that's enough complaining.
@clo1982 I'm 13 weeks pp now so I'm hoping it doesn't hurt anymore. I haven't done mine yet bc I worked then DH and I went out to dinner and walked the mall with LO. Now he's sleeping but keeps waking up so I'm waiting til h can take him.
Successfully completed the muffin top and squat challenge. I had to wait for DH to get home to do the ab stuff, because LO wanted to be constantly held and feed today, but I got it done!
I'll do it too! I finally fit into my pre-pregnancy pants and can even button/zip them up! But I could never go out in public with that muffin top hanging over!
Did it plus the p90x ab ripper workout. Not going to be able to sit up tomorrow but our community pool is opening next week so I gots to get my butt in gear!! Omg do I hate the p90x guy!
I think a separate thread would be better for checking in. I did mine this morning again, I was surprised how sore I am from yesterday. I love it! My upper abs hurt, not sure why.
