@kirotea I feel the same way about planks! I started adding those on top of the two challenges just because I like to torture myself. Also, I need all the help I can get!
I worked 2-10 and didn't squeeze my workout in before work... So I did day 7 sometime after midnight. But I did it!!! Lesson learned and I'll be sure to do it before work today!
DD had a stomach bug last week and I completely dropped the ball on this (this having 2 kids thing is hard!) I'm starting this evening with day one - I figure I can always overlap next month if there's another challenge
I did muffin top yesterday but dropped the ball on squats... I'm debating whether to do yesterday's today and catch up on a rest day or just pick up with today's.
Anyone still doing this? I've slacked like 5 days but gonna jump back in tonight! I don't know why I like to exercise at night better? What time of day do you do your exercising?

I've been doing the ab workout and the squats. I had to crawl up the stairs last night.
