@ajhamb ugh, that traveling sounds rough. Are you wearing a maternity belt? I have never used one, but my SIL said it helped take a lot of the pressure off her bladder while she worked out.
Mon- Bootcamp followed by 5.6 mile run Tues- 6 mile run Weds- Bootcamp, then will run 5-6 miles Thurs- 5-7 mile run Fri- Bootcamp, followed by 5-6 mile run Sat- long run in the 10-12 mile range. Sun- rest day/ walk or hike with DH and DS.
I'm going to go a little AWish here, but I can't help it! My husband and I completed the Indy 500 mini this Saturday at 2:20:43, over 10 minutes faster than we expected to (wasn't sure how many times I would have to stop and pee or if I would need to walk at all)! It was such an amazing feeling to cross the finish line with him (his first ever mini) AND do better than I expected! Definitely my last double digit mile run of pregnancy, but I plan to make 8 miles my long runs for awhile.
@lmdonnel hooray!!! I was thinking about you this weekend and hoping you had a good race. Way to go on blowing away your projected time. And go ahead and brag today- heck, wear your medal to work!
