Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers. Liam is still stable and his blood transfusion is almost done so he will get to finally have a feeding, he has been pretty cranky all day because he hasn't been allowed a feeding since midnight last night.

DH and I were lucky enough to get a room at the local Ronald McDonald house, so for now the plan is to take turns staying here and switch off every couple of days so someone can be home with the dogs and someone can be here with Liam.
