  I feel like I'm destined to be a zombie. Z is sick and last night was rough, then she woke up demanding toast, so I get up, walk towards the kitchen and realize it's pitch dark outside, because it's 4 am. I told her to go back to bed. Then she demanded toast again at 8, so I made it for her and she placed it on the floor.

  
  

  Now I'm waiting around to see if my sister will be induced today. It's unlikely that I'll meet her baby any time soon, it might not be for another year or more, but I'm excited.

  Holy fuck. I just purged half of my closet anddresser eoworth of clothes. There is easily $1500 worth of clothes sitting in a garbage bag to be donated.

  I made homemade English Muffins for breakfast that were amazing. It was my first try, I will never buy them again. Right now I'm doing laundry and wrangling a cranky baby and an overstimulated 6 year old. Joy. Hopefully DH will stop playing video games and take us to lunch. I want some BBQ and a sweet tea

  Great job on the 5k @DreadLoc‌ !
  I just took ds for a long walk. He slept for at least a half hour of the walk, so I really hope I didn't ruin my chances of an afternoon nap today. I have a lot to do!

  Going to the Easter egg hunt. Ring sling or ergo for dd?
  
  I am more experienced with the ergo but I think the ring sling may be easier to nurse in. But the ergo has pockets so I can bring a diaper and wipes.

  Also, @Rondackhiker do you have any BWI groups near you? If your uncomfortable using a ring sling it could be a great investment to go to a meeting. It's also a great way to try new carriers as well. I've learned a ton from mine.

  Seems like that might be Etsy made. Looks good. Gathered shoulder? I like ring slings. I'm getting 2 from Sleeping Baby Productions here in a few weeks. They do take some learning with newborns though. It will be easier to use when it's the quick up and down stage. I would look into a BWI for better instruction.

  Yeah. It was interesting. It was your typical beauty pageant. Only difference was that instead of a talent portion there was a "speech" portion about the viking history of Poulsbo. There was also no swim suit event. It was weird, but the 3 girls that won all got to wear traditional Norwegian dresses and ride in the parade and do all sorts of events during Viking Fest.   I'm having a blah day.  I got lots of stuff done yesterday, and today started off well.  We went out to breakfast together, and then shopping for a bit.  When DD went down for her nap, I suggested to DH that he and I should go get busy.  He seemed somewhat interested, but by the time I got her down, he decided he'd rather play his new video game.  I feel awesome.  

  
  

  To be fair, we just messed around yesterday morning, and he ordered the (stupid) game last week and only got it yesterday.  He is not a video game person (like gaming all the time.)  It's maybe once or twice a month that he plays.  However, once or twice a month is also an accurate way to describe our sex life, and that is a big issue for me.  

  
  

  So, yeah.  DH and DD are now out running errands, and I think I'm going to just veg out for awhile and get over myself.  It's not like I never tell him no.
