So I emailed him today to let him know we were in FL and if he wanted to MEET his daughter (ya know now that she has been alive for 9 whole weeks) he could meet her at one of my parents houses. His response? Wait for it...
"YOU NEED TO CALL ME"
You know what I feel like saying to that? Fuck you you motherfucking piece of shit asshole!!!!!! ALWAYS trying to manipulate. ALWAYS trying to control. FUCK YOU!
Guarantee his lawyer told him not to have anything in writing anymore. GUARANFUCKINGTEE it. He won't communicate with me anymore unless its HIS way and by phone. Its bullshit.
I need to probably call him bc I don't want that shit brought up in court like DID YOU MAKE AN EFFORT TO SEE YOUR DAUGHTER? YES JUDGE I TRIED BUT SHE NEVER RESPONDED TO ME. I can just hear it now.
I am going to call him tomorrow when we are through with our day on speaker so my mom can be present in case he says shit that she can attest to in court. All he's going to do is harass me more. I've already given my counter proposal to my attorney two weeks ago. I've tried to get him a fucking copy of her social three times now. The birth certs are on their way. Wtf else do u want me to do?

Im sorry hes making things so difficult for you and your dd. If his lawyer is telling him not to get things in writing his lawyer is an incompitant moron. Getting every interaction in writing doesnt just protect your ass it protects his.

Anyway I wrote back and basically said I've given you ample opportunity YOU cancelled twice. Heres your chance, you know how to reach me. Also told him I won't discuss the custody visitation stuff anymore and that our lawyers have it. That its been clear since we were married we could not agree. He mentioned in his email that he wanted her to come to FL at 6 months (hahahaahah that wasn't what he said in his proposal) and that she's actually able to come and stay with him now. HUH?!? She eats off my boob every 2 hours and is 9 WEEKS OLD! Even I didn't fly with her down here. We drove. Whatever he's a psycho ass.
So exhausted of him. SO exhausted.
He put how he is now looking like the bad guy. Well yeah dipshit...u havent paid a dime to help, you haven't made an effort to actually see her...whose fault is that!?!?!?
He emailed me four more times since I sent him the ONE email. Hes a psycho like seriously. All he cares about is getting visitation in FL and NOT visiting her in VA. Yet he claims he has her best interest in mind and I don't. Are u kidding me? Its all about you dude and what you want and that's HER needs? I'm confused asswipe. I hope like hell a judge sees through this. I really do.
Oh and in my txt message save sweep, I saved one where he said they pay him enough to own two houses. Score for me. If he tries to say he doesn't make enough or has no $$$, BAM! If you can afford the mortgage on two houses, you can afford to pay the FULL CS.
I'm sure I will get about 12 more psycho emails tomorrow. I hope he does in a sense...as much as it stresses me out and makes me sick, I plan on using all this against him if necessary.
He hasn't even asked how long we are here so I'm just guessing he doesn't care and won't see her. His atty will prob tell him he really should.
So far this morning, nothing. I just can't get over the fact he wants to fight me so much but doesn't want to see her. I mean, that's classic ManChild. I knew he'd do everything within his power to make my life miserable. I hope he brings up in court that he didn't want to see her in front of my parents. Then I will say well funny u mention that bc the reason I do it in front of my family is because he is abusive. Oh here is the proof....
