Best Birthday Present! Baby Girl!!

So my blood pressure spiked again as in my last pregnancy to 175/110 last Thursday so after being in l&d for a few hours, they determined I could go home but have to be on moderate bed rest through the weekend (as my Bp had gone down and protein in urine was minimal)...and would meet the dr on Monday morning to reassess.
Monday morning comes and I'm not sure what will happen ( bed rest continued, go back to work, etc)....so I get ready for work as usual. Go to my appt and everything has severly gotten worse, significant increase of protein in urine, high Bp again, etc and the dr said, "off to l&d for you! You will most likely have this baby today or very shortly!" Ack!! She said go straight to the hospital, no other stops. Oof-now I'm only 34 weeks and freaking out-baby ttoday?! I get to the hospital and indeed I have severe preeclampsia ( just like I had with my daughter), and baby is breech position too....so scheduled c-section is immediately planned for noon and I'm calling my husband to get his butt to the hospital to meet his new child--we were team green! All turns out okay and our beautiful baby girl was born at 12:48pm on 3/31/2014, weighing 3 lbs 14 oz, and 17 inches long!! She was on cpap for a bit but now can breath completely on her own!! Not at all ready for her but we are extremely blessed to have little miss Alexandra Rose in our family! I am doing much better as well--she was the best birthday present a mom could have (my birthday is April 1st!!)!! Can't wait until I can take her home!!
