DD and I have been up since 6. We made some banana chocolate chip muffins. DH is sleeping in. Freezing rain here today so we just plan to stay in and do laundry. Watching Disney Junior and eating said muffins and drinking coffee for now
Dd got me up at 6:00 and has whined and fussed about EVERYTHING since then. I don't think she's sick, just very unpleasant. Gonna be a long day at this rate.
The really loud rain woke DS at 6:30. We are watching Finding Nemo. I have to go out later and buy new jeans. I am down to 1 pair that doesn't have holes in them. I hate buying clothes.
Ugh...sleep deprivation sucks...with a cluster feeding 2 month old, a very wakeful almost 2 year old, and a snoring H, sleep just wasn't in the cards for me. So I am drinking ALL the coffee today...once I get motivated to go make some...
E and I are cuddled on the couch watching Disney Jr. It's been raining since Friday so we've been inside all weekend. We might make a trip to Costco just to get out of the house.

We got a bunch of snow last night too. Dh is eating crackers because he just called at 8:30 on his way to the gym. I thought he would be home from the gym by 8:45, but he slept in at work. It sounds petty but I have been stuck in this house all weekend with this slightly sick crazy toddler and it would be nice if he could be considerate enough to want to get home to help me out.
Now, decisions.....be nice to him when he gets home and have a good day? Or give him the cold shoulder?
DS is still sleeping. The rest of us are up. DD is watching My Little Ponies and DH us cooking himself a big breakfast that I will probably have to clean up.
It is suppose to be nice today so hopefully we will be outside.
Good morning. I'm up with DS while DH sleeps in. It must be the rain, but we all slept in this morning. The downside....DS woke up with a temp of 101. Poor baby. He seems ok though...Just hot. With a few hive-looking spots on him. Weird.
Got up at 6:30 with J. He went back to sleep from 8 to 9 which was weird for him but nice. Currently we are working on eating breakfast with utensils. He's surprising me by how well he's doing. He can stab the food with the fork and bring it toward his mouth, but he takes it off the fork with his fingers to put it into his mouth. It's pouring and windy here so just hanging inside. I started watching Mud while J was sleeping so guess I'll finish that.

My child has a million different toys sitting in his toy box in our living room, but has no interest in playing with any of them. A paper bag is apparently more interesting. Meh.
We switched the office and L's room yesterday and we still have some stuff to do before I go pick him up from my mom's. I'm hoping he won't freak out about the switch. We talked to him about it but I don't think he really unsterstood.
We got a lot done yesterday with painting and moving furniture but the house is still a mess and I haven't even done the normal housework. I do have tomorrow off though so hopefully I can get to that stuff tomorrow.
We didn't get up until 930. I'm now reading/bumping while she watches Mickey Mouse.
It's supposed to be 50 out later so I promised her all the outside time. They had originally said 60. Also laundry and we will probably be watching Frozen since he bought it last night
Ok, let me rack your brains. Its pouring here and I sort of want to get DS out of the house even for just an hour. WWYD on a rainy day with an active almost 15mo that isn't quite walking on his on yet?
Im disappointed that Gymboree isn't open on Sundays.
Yeah? You think? Someone else who's been to the children's museum near me said it's super fun but I'd be better off waiting until he walking, so I wasnt sure what they had there for the littler ones. But I'm sure theres plenty for him to do. I mentioned it to DH last night.
He's close enough to walking anyway (meaning he WILL walk, like a drunken sailor though, as long as he's holding onto my fingers), haha.
It's fucking snowing again. I am so sick, and tired of sitting in this house, I am so frustrated with these walls, and the people who are residing in them.
The boys let me sleep in until 9am so that was great. We just finished breakfast and will hang around the house until we go to my parents house after nap.

H has been out of the country since Monday and Lucy has a 4 day weekend from DC. Friday and Saturday, we were productive and active but today I'm feeling lazy. Right now, she's pulling things out of the kitchen cabinets and asking me to 'appy' (open) a Tupperware container over and over for her.
If I ever get dressed, I think we'll go to the outdoor mall for some returns I've bee putting off.
DH gets back tonight and I can't wait to lock myself in the bathroom without someone asking me to read her a book while I'm trying to poop.
Quiet morning here. Slept in, am actually caught up on laundry, and had a huge binge on chores yesterday so we could be extra lazy today :-)
Made Hotenanny for breakfast, had never had it before, it was amazing!
My 3 year old is obbsessed with our vacuum cleaner, so today I decided to let him go for it (thinking it would just be fun for him to explore it a bit....) now I'm drinking my coffee while he is literally vacuuming my entire downstairs. Holy Shit, how lucky am I???!
I am in zombie mode and seriously thinking about taking up a coffee habit. I was up until 1:30 finishing Z's birthday cake, then I spent the night with a teething toddler crawling on me, and then I had to wake up earlier than usual to turn on the crock pot and Z decided it was a fine time to just wake up. I hope I got enough stuff done yesterday that party day today is just a breeze.
Aww, happy birthday, Z! Sorries about the sleep though @monkeybabe.
What's her cake look like?
It has the purple cat from Brown Bear Brown Bear on it. She's obsessed with that damn cat, and cats in general, for that matter, and it turns out scrap paper cats are actually fairly difficult to recreate with food.
Hope he feels better @pobrecita. Ds is at the tail end of roseola. He totally got me sick, my head is throbbing.
@MrsT0514 , what about aquarium? We got a buttload of snow again last night (yaaaaaayyy.), so we raided the attic for toys from Christmas we didn't open yet. Playing with his Sesame Street train set!

The aquarium is also a great idea! Although the children's museum is closer, so we'll probably do that today. Plus, i think we may wait for the weather to warm up to do thw aquarium bc there are a lot of outside exhibits that are probably still closed.
Re: Sunday Spam
Had to pump this am and she's taking the bottle like a champ. She's refusing to BF so she can do things like breathe.
Today is going to be a crazy long one with travel to wedding and all of us being in the ceremony.
I need all the coffee.

Today was my day to sleep in. Didn't quite make it to 8 because DD was loud, but DH had pancakes ready. I love it when he cooks breakfast.
We're hoping to go out on a date this afternoon and tonight we're going out with my ILs for my birthday dinner. Can't wait for tiramisu.
My birthday is actually tomorrow and I was scheduled for jury duty, but it got called off. Hurray!

@atxfoodie FX for solo pooping soon!
