Just got the call from RE - BFN

I just got the call from my RE's nurse - BFN. We are devastated - we really thought it worked this time - esp since I haven't been sleeping well and today I was a little nauseous. Now I realize it is from the anxiety.

Waiting to hear when they can fit us in to see RE for WTF and next steps (FET). The scheduler said the earliest she had was 3/31 - I told them the nurse told me I should be able to get in sooner so they are checking.

So sorry to hear this outcome. We all understand the sadness and suffer with you.

I hope you get some answers at your WTF appt. I see that you were able to freeze 5 blasts from this cycle, so I hope that can give you a little peace and comfort.

I'm so sorry.

Since you are unexplained for IF and have transferred high grade embryos multiple times, it may be time for a second opinion, preferably someone with a different approach.

Thank you ladies. We are seeing our RE on Weds where I hope to get some answers - specifically I need to understand why this isn't happening for us. EVERYTHING checking out completely normal and then some for DH and I (other than my age of course). The 3 IUIs failing I could sort of accept/understand since the success rates are not that high. The first failed IVF I thought, ok, maybe this was just a practice run. But now, for this to not work makes no sense to me.

@annalisel - yes, I am wondering if we need to get a second opinion but want to see what my RE says first.

DH's travel / work schedule is insane this next month and I just need to get away right now. My parents are going on a trip so I am going to join them - will be good for me to get away from this for a few days at the end of next week (and since the job market is dead for what I am looking for, might as well take advantage of this time I have free). So if I go radio silent, it is just because I am away. Thank you all!
