  I tried to use my pregnancy card to get the UPS guy to bring the new toilets I ordered into the house (yes... you heard that right. And I am effing EXCITED about my new toilets)  but they aren't allowed to go into people's houses so I still had to push them into the living room. Stupid pregnancy card got me nowhere.

  @gwennie357, I'm so glad you had a positive experience with hospice. End of life care is so critical, and though I'm not a direct caregiver, I feel lucky to work with such compassionate people. I've seen how the loss of a patient impacts the hospice nurse or aide, any team member, and I realize then just how deeply they care. It gave me extra comfort when my grandmother was admitted to hospice this past fall. I knew she was in loving hands even past her death. Sorry you have had to work with hospice twice recently, however. That sounds very unfair. Hugs!!

  Apparently not... maybe he has been cougared too many times or something. Usually they just drop and run at our house. If I hadn't been home when he got there and watched him bring them up the driveway, I would have had to lift them over the door threshold myself.
