I'm finally on the 1st page and I can't think of one. Damn.
Franco Paul born 6/4/15 at 39 weeks. Mila Francesca born 10/19/13 at 37 weeks. Both born via C-Section after 6 years of fertility treatments, disappointments and losses. Love them!!
Sometimes I want to "love" picture posts because they are so cute but the poster criticized themselves in some way (appearance wise) so I don't feel right clicking "love it"

I have another love it related confession this week. I love when @nryan55 loves a post. Whenever a post gets lots of love, I take a glance through the sea of faces and I always smile a little to see a dog in a party hat staring back at me. It's like it's the dog who loves the post.
Oh and I have an actual flameable confession this week. I sometimes find myself judging SUV drivers. Not on a regular basis, but when they say they know it's a gas guzzler and they don't care, my first reaction is annoyance. The worst part is, I'm a complete hypocrite because I totally want an SUV. Every time I think I'm finally going to trade in my car, there's some SUV on my list of vehicles I want to test drive. I end up judging myself and not being able to make a decision so I end up just keeping my car. At this point, my car is probably less fuel efficient than any SUV that I would get, just because it's old.
@psychdoc12: I did that too! I am currently working on Modern Family in a similar lightning speed manner.
@Lee81: I am dreaming of an SUV these days as well. Giant baby boy and smallest car in the world are making things difficult. I used to mock big cars, now I want one.
#familylifechangesallthethings
My FFFC: I have been shopping online for two days straight for my boy. Up till now I haven't had to buy anything because we got so spoiled at our shower. Now that he is wearing 12-18 months, I am down to just a few items and I am bored with his wardrobe. Buying little boy clothing is so damn adorable, especially with spring on its way.
I have been active since Dec 17, the day I got cleared to exercise and was also free of medicine finally. I can run 5k in 40 minutes; am eating healthy (low sugar, low chemical); cross-training; sleeping well; etc....and I lost a grand total of 8 pounds in that entire time.
Confession part:
Two days ago I INHALED a bunch of sugary crap - got a massive headache - and lost 2 pounds.
Pissed off part:
Um, what?!?!? Calories are totally in range for a nursing mommy, I should be losing weight. ARGH.

We've been test driving SUV's lately and I've been pleasantly surprised at how fuel efficient a lot of them are. Although we're not driving an escalade or suburban.
When I have to work at 3 I tell the babysitter I work at 11 & I actually put my work clothes on to drop him off so she thinks I'm going to work. Then I come home, change back into my PJs& take a nap. I feel guilty for not spending that extra time with him but I'm just so tired. (:|

I agree! I have a Mitsubishi Outlander and the gas is great. I spend about $10 more every 2 weeks now than when I drove my old Chevy cobalt.
I totally returned a bunch of clothes/baby gifts I didn't like. I hate "girly" looking boy clothes (well my definition of girly) and clothes that say "Grandma's Little Peanut" or "Auntie's Cutie".....crap like that. I had a return-all-the-things day on President's Day. I got $360 back to WalMart and $137 to Babies R Us. Oh and I still have around $500 worth of gift cards I got at showers I have yet to use.
Normally, LO wakes up around 715a. This morning she decided 530a was more fun. I was super pissed because that's when I do my dishes and get her bottles made for the day. Once I heard her squeeking and talking through the monitor, I immediately felt super guilty for being pissed and played with her until she fell back asleep at 7a.
I started to watch Heroes when she fell asleep and now I have to watch the entire 4 seasons. Now.
I'm officially a stay at home mom as of yesterday now that we've moved back to Texas. DH doesn't want me to work until dd can walk. We are staying with my uncle until we find a place. I did laundry, swept, rearranged and unpacked the kitchen, ran the dishwasher and played with his dogs and dd. I'm bored already and I feel like I need a job so we can save like we want to before having to pay all of our own bills.
And this is lame, but I've been apart of TB since February '13 & I still dont know what most of the abbreviations are for things, such as NBR, PSA, etc.
My daycare is closed today so my mom volunteered to watch LO all day today. I suggested an overnight and she jumped on it and I had no problem sending her over for the night so I could get a full nights sleep.
Confession: I have no problem sending my baby on overnights...this is her second one at my moms in two weeks!
I often wear an Aden and Anais swaddle blanket as a scarf so I can quickly wipe up spit us without needing to search for a burp cloth... And I love the prints.

First off.....I love Redvines and Twizzlers. And I don't know them either and have been here since March 13! I know NBR means "not bump related" right?! And AW means "attention whore". I always thought the PSA stood for something to do with sales??

NBR = not baby related PSA = public service announcement (often related to a good sale)
Maybe this is a flameworthy confession... sometimes I get really jealous of people that FF because they can alternate night shifts with their husbands without issue. I just want one night of sleep where I don't have to get up to nurse or pump. I can never say "it's not my night."

So your DH doesn't want you to work but what do YOU want? And why thankful to DH? Thankful he makes all the decisions? Thankful he "let" you stay home?
Sorry something about this really rubbed me the wrong way.
I was also wondering, why until LO walks? Seems arbitrary.
@lee81 ima dog too!!! But I don't have a fancy party hat
:::Michelle Tanner I'm wearing a hat where's the party gif:::: mobile and not about to learn how to mobile gif now
@carriet2018 I know! Your dog is super cute Also @TXSwissMiss and @KerCo (did I get those right?). But there's something about NRyan's dog and the way it's staring at me. It's like he's thinks he's people. I think it's just because his face is a little bigger in the frame.
I churn airline credit cards for the mileage bonuses. I sign up, hit the minimum spend to get the 50,000 miles or whatever, then close the account, wait a few months and do it all again. I churn personal cards as well as cards for a business (farm) that DH and I no longer have.
In the last year alone we've bought over $3,000 worth of airline tickets just with points.

This doesn't sound very good for your credit. Have you noticed an impact on your credit score?
Yea... closing accounts that quickly can do some serious damage to your credit score.
My friend called me to go to a Kings of Leon concert tonight with her. I'm excited but I only know 2 songs. I'm listening to them all morning now so I can fake my way through it. "Hey don't you love this song?" "Oh yea my favorite "

We can? WTF am I doing getting up? Oh yeah, if you don't do it right the little diva will stay up all night to punish you.

I LOVE this and am going to steal this idea from you. Cuz ya know, when in rome...
My friend got laid off the other day and her severance package will carry her through the end of September. I was SO JEALOUS! I should be grateful that the market I am in is extremely stable and that I rock at my job, but I would kill to spend the summer with my baby and get paid for it.
Every time dd does her hysterical cry with her lip out over something silly (pulled her own paci out, took her bottle out to burp her, etc.) I can't help but giggle and think of @dh13 (I think this was her confession a while back, or I'm making it up and I'm a creep).
I'm really good at fake sneezing. I fake sneeze fits if I'm about to fall asleep in a meeting at work, so that I can get up and leave te room for a few mins.
Like @huntjul, I also "churn" credit cards. H and I open (and close) probably 10 a year. It does not have significant impact on our credit. We started doing this when we bought our first house and figured we didn't need good credit anymore anyway. A good "deal" came on the market and we bought a second house a few years later, our score only dipped 50 points (not enough to make a difference, credit wise).
I'm writing this while on a free vacation right now (hello San Diego!). Free flight, free hotel. H and I still have 19 more flights in credit each. This is hard to use for is bc we also get free companion passes. Which means we really have 38 more flights, each.

I ordered 3 pairs of open toe wedges last week. I'm hoping mother nature will see how cute they are and give us some warmer weather.
I shave my legs everyday because my hair grows fast and I hate stubbly legs.
Andplusalso, I want to be in crunchy's secret group.
