Yeah pretty much. I mean it regulates based off of what we set it for, but it's always on.

Yes I love my Toddler Tula. It fits like a glove and is very nice. I was going to get a KP, but they were eating my son alive in it. The Tula is a good fit for him.

I think the window thing is mostly a germ thing. He is really allergic to pollen. The clothes thing is a germ thing.
